Hi, I'm Sage A. Torres. I work in(more likely worked) an echo friendly architectural design division in Econext Corp. Working on environment sustaining designs & all was my passion and love to be a part of larger things.

My apparently boring 9to5 job become a tad more interesting after I joined a certificate course to be a barista. Can you believe it, I being a barista professionally, making coffee, managing my small café, meeting with new people everyday and somehow becoming friends with them. Argh... We're getting sidetracked from the original manuscript which is to tell you about my life in a artistic way.
Whatever moving on, I live in a small town, Napsé, not so small if you count people there, near a big mountain. It sounds like a children's book narrative. Bear with me.

So I joined Alessandro's club for blooming barista, in this little café in the town. We're total 14 people in a group of blooming barista. Class started in mid summer from Monday to Wednesday for at least six months. So total 72 days to become a decent barista. Not a bad deal for me. It gave me a relaxing timeline.

We started with basics and then upgraded every week in sloth motion but working with Alessandro was fun, either him or the others it made me feel better after a long day. I loved the café before starting this. Little Monsoon is my favourite of all, not gonna lie. This family style café is everything you need in your hectic life. There were 4 people wondering around & making it more lively. So our little bloomers made it through 2 months.

I had to go on a overseas project for 5 long months ,left the bloomers and there goes my journey to be a barista in 6 months in drain. Good thing is the program let me rejoin again with new bloomers. I was excited to see Alessandro and meet new friends and finish what I started 7 months ago but luck wasn't on my side Alessandro wasn't there anymore, a new barista in the house, and I'm in trouble with my heart. Because the new barista is a handsome fellow, good looking, modest and smiling. Why I know this because I went to the café after my trip to meet everyone there, and met this eye soothing view.
Okay trouble alert...
