The streets of Musutafu were bombarded by heavy rain since the night before. What should have been a bright day of spring was instead bleak, the sky covered by clouds. The smell of wet asphalt assaulted the nose of any person who walked over it.

Even under these conditions, Katsuki Bakugo had decided to take a walk, away from UA and, most importantly, the little shit that lived there. There was no school today, and Bakugo felt quite confident in his studies to opt for a full break day, and that meant not being anywhere near Deku. Or anyone else, for that matter. So far, he had been quite successful in that regard. Even strangers walking outside changed sidewalk when they saw him. That was something he could appreciate, being left alone with his thoughts. His luck was about to turn, however.

Bakugo turned a corner, avoiding bumping into someone. Then he stopped and turned.

"Oh. Hi," Todoroki said. Just like magic, he had appeared. Bakugo was determined to not let his presence ruin his day. He ignored him and walked away. "Where were you going?" Todoroki asked as he started to follow Bakugo.

"Somewhere," he responded with clenched teeth.

"Ok." He kept following Bakugo, which angered him more and more by the second.

"Can I help you with something?" Bakugo finally said as he turned around.

"I don't think so, why?"

"Then fuck off." Bakugo resumed his walk. Todoroki hadn't gotten the message, however, and kept following behind. Bakugo's anger finally tipped over. "What the hell do you want?" He asked, nearly screaming.

"Shouldn't we spend time together?"

"Huh?"

"We're classmates. Shouldn't I start walking with you if I see you somewhere?"

"No! Fuck off!" Bakugo walked away, leaving a dejected Todoroki standing alone in the rain.
