y/n aoyagi is a princess from the dark kingdom. aqua hoshino is a prince from the light kingdom. ever since the two were young they were often told not to go to each other's kingdoms. y/n had never stepped foot in the light kingdom and aqua had never stepped foot in the dark kingdom.
the dark kingdom and the light kingdom; two opposing sides. the dark kingdom was known for their people being cruel and nasty. the light kingdom was the opposite, their people were pure and kindhearted. y/n and aqua are the complete opposite. y/n was pure and innocent while aqua was cold and blunt.
aqua was out practicing his swordsmanship in the forest that lied between the two kingdoms. y/n was out collecting flowers. soon, y/n had walked too far into the forest and was nearing the light kingdom. she hears some clanging noises and followed after it, not thinking about the consequences.
she sees aqua, his sword swinging and clashing around. she hid behind a tree as she watched from afar. she noticed his deep blue eyes and soft blonde hair. she also noticed the star in his eye.
she takes a slight step closer and stepped on a branch, making a sound. the blonde boy stops. he looks around the forest.
"who's there?"
y/n froze up and hid behind the tree.
"i said... who's there?"
he starts swinging his sword around, trying to find the culprit. y/n stays completely still, trying to blend in with the surroundings.
eventually, he gets closer to her and the tree. he leans on the tree she's hiding behind, causing her to start shaking.
"show yourself, you spy!"
she hesitated, eyes wide out of fear. she slowly stepped out from behind the tree, her dark gray dress dragging behind me. she had her hands raised, surrendering herself to him. "i-i mean no harm..." y/n muttered out.
his breath hitches in his throat for a moment. he had never seen a girl so beautifully graceful. he was stunned for a few seconds before he regained his composure.
