Beginning Of The Downfall
I whimpered in discomfort,never knew that the simplest task as opening your own eyes could be this hard,my eyes felt so heavy and tired, making it literally impossible for me to even get them open to their half.
Finally, after a couple of times trying, i was able to get my eyes open, just to see the pitch black darkness again, like i never opened my eyes at all.... everything is dark and eerily quiet,i felt a chill ran down my spine upon witnessing such a nerve cracking sight of the darkness.
I rubbed my both palms on the either sides of mine to know on what object i'm lying on right now, my fingers slowly and gently rubbed the soft material of the fabric which i assumed was the cotton,i become a little relaxed upon the realisation that i'm not lying on any kind of dirty ground but a comfortable and warm bed.
A groan break through my dry throat when i pulled my stiff body up in a sitting position, it's good that i am sitting on the bed otherwise i would have ended up falling on my face because of the horrible dizziness i'm feeling,it felt like i'm sitting on a roundabout and someone using all their strength to run it in nonstop circles.
Well,i would love to be in the warmness of the sheets with such bad dizziness for hours but i have to figure out where the hell, i am right now so,i have to get up....a cold shiver ran down my entire body when my bear feet got in touch with the freezing marble floor.
Why it's so dark here, i'm feeling like a freaking blind despite having the perfectly fine eye sight, with tiny baby steps and my hands in air to not knock myself out with walls or any sort of furniture if it have any.
A small smile crept on my lips when my hands finally got the hold of the door knob, the small smile grew wider in anticipation to see the light again but it died in less than a second when i push the door open and saw the same pitch black darkness again.
What is this place,why it's so dark in everywhere, if this continues i will definitely turn into a real blind person because of the way this darkness now messing up with my senses,no matter which turn i make or which room i entire, it only ends in darkness as if this place is built under the billions of feet within the centre of the earth that making it forbidden for the light to enter it's surroundings.
Not till i saw something which i lost hope to see....
I blinked my eyes twice, thrice and the frice to make sure i'm not seeing anything wrong, and sure enough i definitely wasn't, i can still see the coming light rays from the door frame, in right front of the pitch black corridor on whose one end stoods me while on the other end fixed the door frame with only coming light.
