Everyone was asleep, Thomas in his own room and the rest of the Gladers in the room down the hall.

However....
something strange was brewing, something familiar to Thomas.

He was dreaming again, it felt real, he was in the woods, it was dark, cold, and there it was. The Nemeton.

Thomas aguishly sauntered over to it, he traced his fingers over it, vines erupted and pulled his hand flat against the stump, he tripped, falling onto the hard wood, the vines covered his body, putting unbelievable amounts of force onto him, he shot awake, but something was different.. he was in his old room again, red string from every wall around the room made it impractical to move around, he stood up cautiously, but never noticing the familiar figure stood in the corner, observing. Its sharp metallic teeth glimmered. Thomas finally managed to climb towards the door. A beeping noise began, getting louder and louder as he approached the door, grabbing the door handle he began to fall back, it felt like he was falling forever. Again he jolted awake, this time back in his current room in the loft, with ragged breaths he realised he was coated in a thick layer of sweat. The beeping noise became apparent, it was his alarm. Calming down he smacked the top of it, shutting it off. He sat upright, glancing around the dark room, it was 4:01 am. Thomas looked down at his hands, he began to count,

This was real.

He let out a shaky exhale, It was real. But something is happening again, and now that the Pack no longer cared.. he was terrified of what might happen. What would he tell them.. Derek, Peter, The Gladers...Newt. Newt. What would he tell the breathtaking blonde boy?
