We gathered together in our dining room. Medyo nalilito pa ako sa nangyayari pero I have to go with the flow. Masasanay din siguro ako ‘no?
I couldn't help but wonder about the future, our journey together, and the responsibilities that suddenly came with being a mother.
He gave me a warm smile, and I felt my heart swell with affection. His smile that I will forever remember. I don't know if i’m just dreaming, basta I’ll enjoy every moment we share.
He began to feed our twins, his hands gentle and loving as he coaxed them to eat their breakfast.
“Ang galing talaga magluto ni Daddy Val!” Amber complimented her Dad.
Valerio chuckled.
Nakatitig lang ako sakanila nang bigla akong hinawakan ng panganay kong anak na kambal.
"Mommy, you won't feed us? Feed us too!" Amber cutely squealed. I couldn't help but laugh as I sat up, my heart swelling with love for my little ones.
I took over from Valerio, feeding them cutely, and exchanging playful banter with them.
Questions suddenly popped out of nowhere.
What if this is just a dream?
Paano kung magising ako sa panaginip?
Valerio watched us, his eyes filled with love and admiration. "Ang cute niyo," he said with his husky voice, making me blush.
Our twins giggled, and I couldn't help but feel grateful for the life we had built together. Kahit biglaan, I am still confuse.
"Mommy and Daddy, may family event po kami school. You should come po!" Annais said, her eyes wide with excitement. Amber echoed her sentiments, "Yes, please come!"
“Of course, anak.” Valerio looked at me, his eyes filled with love and support. "Right, honey?" he asked, seeking my approval.
I smiled, my heart swelling with love for my family. "O-of course. I'll be there," I replied, my voice filled with warmth.
The twins cheered, their excitement contagious. "Yey!" Amber cheered, "Shhh. Don't talk while your mouth is full pa, Ate." Annais cutely warned her older twin sister.
I looked at the twins. Amber is more like me, she has long hair, a pointy nose, and soft pink lips. Annais has short hair, the same pointy nose, and soft pink lips, but she is more like Valerio.
Kaya madali ko silang maalala.
Watching my family, I felt a sense of contentment wash over me.
As I looked at my husband and children, I knew that, despite the confusion and challenges that life might bring, I was exactly where I was meant to be.
As long as I have them by my side, masaya ako. Even if this is just my wish or dream, I will commit.

I found myself standing at the sink, water splashing against the dishes as I scrubbed away the remnants of our dinner.
The warm, soapy water felt comforting against my hands, and I couldn't help but smile as I listened to the laughter of my twins, along with Valerio's deep chuckles, coming from the living room.
The sound of their laughter was like music to my ears, and I felt a sense of contentment wash over me.
Maya maya pa ay tahimik sa sala.
I turned my head, catching a glimpse of Valerio wrapping his arms around me from behind. His warm embrace sent shivers down my spine.
He began to gently kiss my neck, sending a thrill through me.
"Valerio, makikita tayo ng mga anak natin," I chuckled, trying to maintain my composure.
Valerio, however, seemed to be in no hurry to stop. He continued to kiss my neck, and I felt a stirring within me. "Valerio, isa," I warned, my voice slightly shaky.
At my warning, Valerio stopped his advances immediately. "Hmm… Am I not allowed to kiss my most beautiful wife while she's washing the dishes?" he smirked, his voice filled with playfulness.
I playfully punched his shoulder, trying to hide my embarrassment. "Bolero," I exclaimed, at inirapan ko siya still enjoying the warmth of his embrace.
Hindi ko maitatangi, I love his gestures.
Valerio just hugged me from behind, inhaling deeply, taking in the sweet scent of vanilla that filled the air. I couldn't help but feel a wave of kilig wash over me.
"You smell amazing," he whispered into my ear.
As I continued to wash the dishes, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this moment. As I stole glances at our twins, I knew that our little family was perfect just the way it was.
