Bondita eyes felt heavy as she slowly drifted to sleep .

" Bondita pata hai man Mai bohut kuch sawal hai na apnae sakha babu sae ... Kuch samay do bondita . Please kudh ka kyal rakna ... Yahan chudnae ka man nahi ha par kya karun paristiti kuch aisi hai ...apni Jaan kho katharae mat dalnae bondita ... Tume meri jeenae ki vaja ho ... Meri maksad ho ... Agar Aaj kuch ho jata tho kabhi kudh ko maaf nahi kapatha  .... "

He gently stroked her hair . He heard footsteps approaching . He quickly took all his belonging and entered the bathroom and hid himself behind it . He could hear the opening of lock outside and entering bondita room . He peeked through the holes in door ridges .

It was thakuma . She sat beside bondita and looked at her wounds . And checked for her fever . He clenched his fists in anger but stopped himself ... He wanted to shout and ask her how she could treat his bondita like this but stopped himself .

" Bondita jo bhi kar rahi hoon Teri balai keliya hai ... Aurat ghar sambal kar hi acchi lagthi ... Bahar admiyon ke sath kham nahi . Uss anirudh roy choudhury kae usulon kae peechae baagkar jeevan kae kitnae saal barbad ki tum ...badalae mae Kya Mila yeh dushmani . Yeh gaav ... Achi tarike jaanthi hoon bondita aisae hi nahi manavali ho nahi tu. Teri zindagi savarnae keliyae muja sakthi sae pesh ana hi hai .. Teri yeh aatma samma aur gurro ko todna hoga .. yeh Teri kushal bavishya keliya hi kar rahi hoon ... Balae hi Aaj samaj na aayae ek din tum zaroor samajogi bondita .... "

Anirudh clenched his fist in anger ... How could she ? ... Self respect ... She is woman herself how can she say this to bondita ... *' Mai aapki yeh chaal kabhi safal nahi honae doonga thakuma ... Bondita ki atma samma ko kabhi tes nahi pohumchnae doonga ... Kabhi nahi ....'*

She gently stroked her hair ... When bondita cuddled her and muttered in her sleep ... " Sakha babu ... Apni bondita ko apni zindagi sae mat dur kijiyae ...." She mumbled in her sleep ...

Thakuma got up instantly . She was about to wake her up but stopped and left the place in anger locking the door again ...

Anirudh checked for few minutes and entered the room again ... He kept medicines for morning over her side and left the room with heavy heart .

His kept thinking about many things . Thakuma words reverberated in his mind . She is trying to tie bondita with shackles of society and rules again . Both tried very hard to break free of those shackles . Even now she is trying the same thing ....

He reached home he couldn't sleep . He kept tossing around . It was already early morning when he reached home . He kept himself  busy with the factory works and others .

Bondita woke up in morning and it took some time to realise what happened ... she thought it was dream . As if to prove her reality there was bottle next to her bed and a tiny note .

" Subha kha lena ..."

She chuckled at the note ... It was her sakha babu ... He really was her last night . He really took care of her ... She jumped out of bed and kept turning around in circle in happiness . Suddenly stopped thinking how dangerous this could have resulted .

"Aaj bhi humari Dil kae taar judae hai sakha babu ... Ek ko chod lagae tho dusarae ko mehasoos hi hi jaata hai .... " She chuckled ... " Jaldi ready ho ja bondita .... Kacheri bhi jaana hai na ... "

She had a mishchevious glint in her eyes as she got ready quickly as if her fever yesterday was a lie. She tried to open the door she found it locked . Her heart shattered at the aspect of how her family was treating her .
