I was woken up to someone shaking me.

"Marissa. Marissa. Marissa!!" The voice said to me.

"Go away!!" I yelled punching where I heard the voice.Who does he think he is barging into my room interrupting my sleep!!! How Rude!! I hate being woken up with a passion. I hate it so much!!!

"Umph," it groaned. "What was that for!"

I looked up to see who my human alarm clock was.

"Thomas!" I yelled after I opened my eyes. "Oh my gosh are you okay?! I am so sorry I didn't mean to... I am so so so sorry!"

"It's okay; it's just pain," he said blandly. "I came down here to tell you that the bonfire has already started! Everyone is looking for you!!"

"What?! Alby's going to kill me!" I said frantically pacing back and forth.

"Don't worry I won't let him hurt you," he said with a smile on his face.

I smiled and said sweetly,"Thank you. Now I'm going to get dressed into some nicer clothes, so your going to have to leave. Sorry."

"Ha ha. I'll see you out there." Thomas said very awkwardly. Then he went over to the door and left my room. He was so dang cute.

I'm pretty sure I stood there for about two minutes just thinking about him and how gorgeous he was until I realized that everyone was waiting for me. I quickly got changed into a black shirt, with spaghetti strings along with black pants. I put my hair into messy French braid leaving some of my strands of my hair out.

I went over to the door and left my room. I felt the warm air on my face as I went outside. I heard a bunch of boys shouting and cheering.

"Hey, there she is!!" I heard one boy say.

"We've been waiting for you!!" Another boy said.

"God she is so hot!" The last one said. I don't know if he is drunk or not because I am definitely not hot.

Then I saw Alby walking over to me. Oh no. This is not good.

"So now you decided to show up!!" He yelled at me.

"Yeah," I said in a scared voice leaning away from him a bit.

I walked away quickly from him thinking that it could have gotten really ugly really quickly over there.

I walked over to where the crowd was standing. They were all in a big circle cheering and chanting.

"Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!"

Wait a second fight. Who was fighting? I pushed through the crowd to see Thomas getting punched by a sandy brown haired boy.

"Oh my god! What is going on?!" I yelled to a boy next to me.

"What does it look like? They're fighting!"

"Why?!"

"Because it's a tradition at the bonfire! People try to challenge Gally to fight until one of them backs out. Newbie's always have to do it. You are eventually going to have to fight him Greenie."

"What?!!!!!!!"

I am going to have to fight that mountain of a man! No way!!

After a few seconds Thomas was pushed out of the ring by this 'Gally' guy. Someone yelled, "Hey, the girl Greenie should fight next!"
