Part 8~

Aslan's POV

I woke up around 5:30 am or let's say i didn't sleep only because my mind was fill with so many questions.

What i did was right?Should i apologise to her? No it was right for both of us...but she is hurt.

I have never been in such a state in my life.I don't know what i was feeling.

My heart wanted to hug alyana and tell her that i never want her to go away from me but my mind keeps on reminding me that i have to push her away from me for her own good.

I turned towards my side and saw her sleeping peacefully.I placed a soft kiss on her forehead and got out of the bed to get ready.

She was sleeping when i left for my office.Yes, i can't face her when she's awake.I don't know what will she think about me after last night.

I went inside my cabin and started working on the presentation for my upcoming project.

The office was empty and there was silence everywhere.In that silence i could hear my own words that came out infront of Alyana.

Her teary face came near my eyes and it was so hard to concentrate on my work.

I have never been distracted so much during my working hours but today,it felt that i was totally lost.

Sitting there i didn't knew when hours passed and everyone already came to the office.I opened my eyes to the hustle bustle coming out from my cabin.

A sign left my mouth thinking about the circumstances which surrounded me.

A knock on my cabin door brought me out of my trance."Come in",two of my employees entered the cabin.

They showed me the presentation on which i had asked them to work on.
My frustration and anger triggered on seeing the presentation.

It was not like the one i had asked them to make,there were mistakes in some places and all this added fuel to my anger.

"If you can't do your work properly then just leave,i can hire much better employees than you" I bursted out making them flinch.

"But..bu...sirr-" they were cut off by me" Just get out,you both are fired" I ordered them.

"Sir..sir we're sorr-"
"I saidd leave,right now" I shouted cutting them off and they left my cabin.

I have never behaved with my employess like this but today,i was no in mood of tolerating such nonsense as my own life is so fucked up right now.

I was walking in my cabin when Arhan entered "Hey what happened,I heard from your employees that you're in a really bad mood and you even fired two of your employees" he said walking towards me.

"I don't want to talk to anyone right now Arhan,it's better that you leave for now" i said sitting down on my chair and massaging my forehead.

"What's the problem? Did anything happened between you and Alyana?" he said putting a hand on my shoulder and i lifted my face to see him.

"I told her everything last night,the truth of our relationship and i cleared everything that she shouldn't have any expectations from me" i said.

"Whattt?I told you don't do anything that will hurt you both.Now look at yourself just see your condition" Arhan shouted.

"What else shall i do? You know very well yesterday i wasn't able to crack the deal with the foreign clients and i was in a very bad mood,when i went home i saw her waiting for me without having dinner.That frustrated me more as i don't deserve the love and care she is giving me,I'm totally not capable of that,that's why i told her everything so that she hates me and stays away from me" I said standing up from my chair.
