The three were on their way, ensuring the coordinates were leading them to the correct path. James was scanning the area for potential threats as they continued their quest. Gadget looked at Visvio with a face that read uncertainty. "So, you say you're here to help us, but we don't know anything about you. Mind telling us... anything?" Gadget asked. Visvio looked at the wolf. "Sorry! That's classified." The tv man replied. Gadget's face looked like he was losing trust in this guy as he looked at James with a side eye, who simply shrugged. "Okay... Well, how can we trust you?" He asked. "Oh, that's easy! If I were an enemy, you'd probably wouldn't be here anymore!" Visvio said with a disturbingly cheery attitude. Gadget and James were rightfully terrified. Visvio noticed this. "You two seem to be stressed, I can give you a massage if you want." He said, trying to de-escalate the situation yet unaware he's the reason they're so worried. "NONONO IT'S FINE DON'T WORRY!!!" Gadget yelled out, moving his hands to ensure Visvio gets the point. The tv fella shrugged. "Alright! But on a different topic, we should be near the location that guy said." He revealed, his screen showing the coordinates before cutting to a map. Gadget looked and compared it with the paper. "Guess so, but there's only this cave here?" He said, confused. In front of the three was a large cave; the inside was pure black. Gadget looked uncertain, a drop of sweat trailing down the side of his face. But he clenched his fist and kept a determined expression. "Well, here goes." He said as he began walking inside. James and Visvio followed the wolf. As they entered the cave, they noticed a strange gust of wind heading towards them. The three braced themselves as it increased. After a couple seconds, Gadget felt something... warm in front of him. He looked, and noticed they were in front of a shop? A hooded figure was sitting at a table, wielding what seemed to be a crystal ball. "Ah, you've finally arrived. Come, sit down I've been waiting for you." The figure said, their voice sounding mysterious yet friendly. Gadget looked a bit confused but sat down alongside James and Visvio. "Uh, hi? Who are you?" Gadget asked. The figure chuckled slightly. "Oh, I'm not important. But you? Oh you're going to be far more vital than you think you are, Gadget." The figure spoke. Gadget raised an eyebrow. James questioned the figure. "How so? What do you know?" He asked. The figure simply looked at the three. "There exists a prophecy, which speaks of a warrior with a pure heart, who shall use chaotic battles to their advantage." they began to describe. As the figure spoke, they hovered their hands over the ball, showing visions. The three looked at the visions, still wondering what this was about. "They must venture through various traps, and tests of strength to prove themselves worthy. And I know that you're the one this prophecy speaks positively about." He continued. Gadget's eyes had a look of determination in them. "Will it be enough to save my soulmate?" He asked. The figure raised their head up. "Oh? Apologies for not knowing but what happened?" They asked. "He got poisoned by some person who wanted to fight me here. They sent this note." Gadget said as he showed the note to the figure. When the figure read it, they made a noise that indicated disappointment and concern. "Oh... I know who did this. He thinks the prophecy is meant for him despite how impure and horrid he is. He most likely brought you here in hopes of ending you and taking the power for himself." They spoke, their eyes were slightly visible. The figure's eyes were a mix of human and reptilian, with purple irises and a focused glare. "You need to get to the final test before he does, or else you will not survive to save the one you love." They said, their voice now sounding desperate. Gadget was concerned. "Wait, who even is he?" He asked. The figure nodded their head. "Unfortunately, he never lent me his name. I can present his appearance, however. My crystal ball never forgets a face." They replied as they began focusing on the ball's vision. It showed a reptilian male with indigo-colored scales. He was wearing battle armor and had one eye that acted strangely, almost as if he were seeing occurrences inside of it. Gadget looked surprised. "He's an extremely dangerous foe, almost ripped my head off in anger. Do not take him lightly. In fact, it would be best if you did your best to avoid him at all costs." The figure continued. Gadget nodded. "I see... Thank you." The wolf said. James was thinking." So, where do we need to go now?" The stickman asked. The figure got up, walking towards a doorway, and opening it. "Right here my friend. Make haste, you don't have much time." They answered. Gadget smiled as he got up, the other two following suit. "Thanks!" Gadget said as the three walked through the door. "Good luck to you all! You'll make this world proud." The figure yelled out before closing the door behind them. The figure slumped onto the floor. "Those three are going to need every bit of that wolf's potential. Especially against... that thing." They said, shaking with fear.
