Adeline looked around her, but she can't see anyone. The little girl began to cry and call out to her mother. She knew that her mother wasn't there, but she still tried.
After a few seconds she closed her eyes and imagined how upset her mother will be when she finds out that Adeline trusted the unknown stranger. But Adeline can't help it; she thought her mother would sit in the car.
She felt that her throat was dry and her stomach hurt – Adeline realised that she was hungry and thirsty – So she screamed for help again. After about an hour her voice broke. The wet and cold room made her afraid. She thought the walls came closer with every second. After another hour she heard a young woman's voice, she shouted again.
"Darling, are you there?" the woman asked. Adeline realized that this voice is her mother's one.
"Mother, is that you?" Adeline questioned.
"Yes, darling, I'm up here. What are you doing downstairs?" the voice of her mother was so sweet and almost scary sweet.
After a few seconds a flash light appeared over her, so she narrowed her eyes. And after she accustomed to light she saw her lovely mother at the stairs.
"What happened, Adel?" she asked again.
"I don't know. I saw you in a stranger's car, so I went in and want to help you, but suddenly everything was dark. Then I woke up here."
"Oh Adeline, I've told you not to talk to unknown strangers. Should I tell it your father, he would be very upset." Her mother said with a teaching voice. But Adeline perceived that her mother couldn't be here because she wasn't in the car and she couldn't know where Adeline is.
"Who are you?" Adeline asked seriously.
"It's me, your mother. I brought you something to eat."
"Don't lie to me. You can't be my mother." Her voice got louder and louder.
"Don't talk to me like that! I am your mother!"
"No you're not." Finally Adeline stood up and wanted to run, but at the stairs a powerful man came in front of her.
