PRINCESS MAISARAH : THE ENGLISH TRANSLATION

PART 1

The sound of joyous laughter around Carran Palace made Queen Carran, Queen Ummu, straighten her posture from stooping over to inspect her blooming plants. Queen Ummu's eyes narrowed as she tried to identify who was laughing so loudly that she could hear it in her garden.

When the person who laughed without a care in the world appeared, only then did Queen Ummu shake her head. Hands on her hips, she looked straight at her twin children laughing while walking towards their garden.

"Maisarah! Nuqman!"

The twin siblings burst into laughter as their names were called by their mother. Simultaneously, their heads turned towards Queen Ummu, who was staring at them sharply. Instantly, their lips curved into a smile. They had completely forgotten about their mother.

"Bonda!" Maisarah called out as she approached her mother. She adjusted her hat, as the weather today was scorching hot. Sweat trickled down!

"What's so enjoyable that you had to come all the way here, Bonda?" Queen Ummu asked in wonder, then resumed her work of planting flowers.

This was Queen Ummu Khadijah's task when there was nothing to do in the palace. My Lord Adam was absent because he had an event to attend. Actually, Queen Ummu was invited by My Lord Adam to accompany him, but Queen Ummu declined tiredly. She just wanted to stay in the palace.

"Nothing much, Bonda. We were just playing tag earlier. Why didn't you accompany Dad?" Nuqman replied, then questioned his mother. It was rare for his mother to be apart from his father. She always wanted to stick close.

"Hey, even though they're getting older, their affection hasn't faded, okay! Maisarah and Nuqman feel a bit embarrassed seeing their parents' romance. Fate hasn't blessed me with anyone yet... Crying silently in my heart!

"Mom, I'm tired. Let Dad be alone. I want to see our garden, Mom. Are the plants growing beautifully?"

Maisarah sits close to her mother. She touches a small purple flower. It's so beautiful! Queen Ummu's plants never disappoint. This garden is what makes Carran Palace's yard beautiful with fresh plants.

"If Dad gets charmed by a beautiful woman, what will happen? Mom will cry!" Nuqman teases his mother on purpose.

Maisarah giggles upon hearing it. You're the one, Nuqman! You're intentionally trying to get Mom worked up. You know Dad is still handsome even though he's old.

"Oh, you! Always trying to annoy Mom, right? Who dares to charm Dad? Come here, I'll show him who the Queen of Carran really is!" Queen Ummu angrily threatens to pinch Nuqman.

Nuqman laughs mischievously. He enjoys getting his mother annoyed. A day without annoying Queen Ummu doesn't feel complete for him.

"Oh, Mom, don't be like that. Nuqman is just teasing. No woman can replace Mom."

"There is. It's me," Maisarah interjects after listening to the two of them banter for a while.

Maisarah stands up from her squatting position and tucks her long blonde hair behind her ears because of the wind. She glances at Nuqman, who is making a nonchalant face. Maisarah sneers at her brother's reaction. If I pour hot water on him, he'll know what it feels like to be confined to his room without coming out.

"What are you guys talking about? Looks intense from afar."

A deep masculine voice interrupts their conversation, causing all three of them to turn simultaneously towards the owner of the voice. Queen Ummu's eyebrows spontaneously rise.

The figure of their eldest son is displayed before their eyes after months of not seeing his face.
