"amara! hello sweetheart. how was last night?" muna beamed, bringing her exhausted daughter into a tight hug.

"mum can you stop shouting. i'm really hungover. and last night was rough." she mumbled into her mum's chest.

"i'm not even shouting. how much did you have to drink?" muna asked quietly as to not disturb her daughter.

"i don't even remember." amara yawned back before rubbing her eyes to stay awake.

"oh look it's sleeping beauty. she's finally awake." aria sarcastically remarked as her twin brought amara into a tight hug.

"why don't you shut up ri. you're being so loud and it's the morning." amara sarcastically smiled in response.

"first off, i'm not being loud. second off, it's not the morning. it's two in the afternoon." aria retorted, folding her shoulders over her chest.

"shut up!" amara groaned, causing her mother to swat her arm.

"don't tell your sister to shut up. and aria don't annoy your sister, she had a rough night." muna scolded, with both her daughters pouting and aziza laughing at the both of them.

"why is that any of my business?" aria replied, causing aziza to snort.

"she doesn't speak for me. i wanna know how your night went." aziza reassured, her older sister smiling down fondly at her.

"you're my favourite." amara replied, causing aziza to stick her tongue out teasingly to aria.

"not fair! why exactly would you choose her over me?" aria jokingly replied.

"maybe because you've been pissing her off for the last five minutes." aziza quickly replied.

"aziza, language. aria, don't be sassy. and amara don't choose favourites." muna sighed, growing extremely tired of her children's constant bickering. "now mara, would you mind telling us about your night? and why exactly it was a 'rough night'?"
