The Fated Meetings AU stemmed from my rewatch of Season 5: Possession and a what-if scenario.
What if: Morro never went looking for the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master and as a result, never died young? What or who would have stopped him from going on his quest to prove that he was destined to be the Green Ninja?
Guided by the winds, an angry teenage Morro runs into a teenage Ronin. He manages to talk Morro down from going on his insane suicide mission, telling him not to let ideas of "fate and destinity" run his life. The pair end up getting close, both having rough childhoods and pasts they're trying to run from. Events in life lead them to being split up when they get older, only to reunite them in a strange way.
The Fated Meetings AU serves to tell their story in a lovely canon divergence AU. There's a big highlight on love, loss, regret, fear and redemption.
