Third trimester. Wow- uh- hard to think at any second I might give birth. Mom let me and wukong stay home until i do- when i told my mom i was a few months ago she didn't yell like i thought she would, she just hugged me and said “okay.” “macaqueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee wake up pleasee” wukong lightly shook me. I turned my head to him. “Whattttt” “i made you breakfast” i sat up and Wukong helped me off the bed before kneeling down and placing his ear against my belly. “Hii Xiaotian~” I smiled and pat wukongs head. “Your gonna make a great dad you know that?” wukong got up and kissed me. “And your gonna make an outstanding mother.” he grabbed my hand and led me downstairs. We ate breakfast and watched tv in the living room. “We should watch el dorado.” “weve seen that a bajillion times wukong-” “but-” boom. Waterbroke. “AH- SHIT- GO GET MOM-” “ah- o-okay-” he ran to my moms room
Wukongs pov: “UH, mo-aaaaaaaaa miss-” “yes? “Macaques water broke-” “WHAT-” she ran to him and we went to the hospital. A few hours later and i was waiting in the waiting room, sitting down nervously knowing the risks of him giving birth this young. Evertuwlly, macaque mom came out and told me i can go in so- i did and saw him playing with the baby, my hear completely melted- that's my baby boy- “hey macaque” he looked up at me “Qi Xiaotian” “uh- Qi?” “that's what i'm gonna name him” “Qi Xiaotian?” “yes” “Mk?” “yes” i chuckled and kissed him. “Okay, Qi Xiaotian it is then.”
