Everyone remembers the surge of Omegul popularity in 2020. That's where it all began. One lonely day in the school. Surrounded by people but still feeling alone. I took a chance in that study hall. I went on it. Found him. We were connected and both wanted a friend. We just kind of clicked. Have been inseperable since. We talked every day and night. There was never a dull moment. He would make me laugh. Made me feel seen and heard. I didn't feel alone anymore. After a few months I felt myself falling for him. He was a year older(18) and I (17) wouldn't lose this friend over a crush. I kept it hidden until I turned 18. Then I couldn't hold it in. I told him about my crush. He revealed his too. We left it at friends for a while longer to know each other better. Then a day came. I asked him the question. He said yes. We still talk almost ever day but life sometimes gets in the way. Emotions get strong and sometimes we spat but in the end, we forget about that. It's not as important as us. Right here, right now. Together. Still laughing and jesting. Our affection has grown into love for each other. We dream of a life as one. Somewhere made just for us. A big day with all the fun and none of the papers. Forever written in our hearts and the stars not some dotted line with ink so fine. If he love me and I love him then what's to stop this happening? Money and distance. The whole world feels against us. We're fighting, swimming but also drowning and getting beat down. We do it all together. And if we never let go of each other, they can't win. We make a way where there is none. I would go to hell and back for him. I'd stay with him no matter what came our way. Sickness and health; prosperity or hardship. The ups, downs, lefts and rights. As long as we're together it will all be fine. I hope he hears me today and is speechless cause I've got something more to say.
