Ch. 1

Mi Rea's POV

Everyone in this world, know matter who they are, there personalities, gender, status, likes and dislikes... all have things in common. Even if they are the complete opposite you can still find that one thing that unites them. I personally find that revolting and foul considering all the hatred that goes around in this world. How so?

This planet is like a piece of fabric. Some can wrap that cloth around themselves 3 times with some trailing on the floor, while others barely have enough to make a beggar's cloth. This is what our ancestors left for us, this is reality and this is sadly our future...

" Beep....Beep....Beep...."

     . . . . . . . . . . .

Oh crap. How I love work....

I woke up at about 9:00 A.M, 1 hour late than usual, and of all days it had to be today...

"Sweet cheese and crackers...are you kidding me..."

I sighed, getting out of bed and starting to stretch. Nothing more than a hot cup of coffee to celebrate my lateness. My eyes were still half closed when my phone started to buzz.

"Muahahahaha..Muahahahaha..MUAHAHAHA-"

I sighed again and picked up my phone.

"Hello?"

"...Mi Rea. You realize that being late doesn't help your resume at all! After the lecture that boss gave to us yesterday for an hour, do you still not understand? I swear if I have to see him yell one more time I'm going to go crazy. Look, if he finds out, your dead. Do you understand that?! Hello? Are you even listening to a thing I'm saying. Do you officially want him to murder you?!"

She yells like the devil is after her.

"Sure, and with that, can you dig my grave too?" I yawed, now fully awake thanks to my amazingly caring friend.

"Oh God, stop kidding around! Please Mi Rea, If you lose this job It's over for you." She uttered, pissed off.

"I know it is. Im surprised I still have it, and alright I'm sorry, I promise I'll be on time next time. My...alarm clock died." I lied, walking towards the bathroom as a mummy. Of course, another lie to cover up my real reason. If only you knew my gruesome life.

"This is the 21century for heavens sake, use your phone! Okay fine, fine. Just hurry up before red head blames it on me." She signed.

Red head is what everyone likes to call our boss. You clearly do not want to see him angry. If you do then your an idiot. And if you make him angry, you're an even bigger idiot.

"Okay, Im hanging up."

When I got to the bathroom, for a while I stared at myself in the mirror. There, I saw a demented, mad idiot who works overtime in as many jobs as she can get her hands on. A woman who has got nothing to live for. And so hence, there are many times when I wish I was someone else and this is one of them. That loud, pesky girl that just called me is who I would gladly switch places with. Soo Ah. She is honestly every womans dreams.  Heck, even descrbing her would take time.

Her long hair is a rich shade of mahogany, It flows in waves to adorn her glowing, porcelain-like skin. Her eyes, framed by long lashes, are a bright, emerald-green and seems to brighten the world. A straight thin nose, full lips - she seemed the picture of perfection. If she smiled, the world would sigh with contentment. If she laughed, the world would laugh with her. And If she wept, the whole world would want to comfort her. Not to mention her tall stature matches her nicely shaped curves to exact perfection.
