Neji Asked Abigail On A Date

Neji had been contemplating if he should ask Abigail out today or another time. Neji thought about it more and decided to ask Abigail out today. Abigail was having girl talk with Sakura, Hinanta, Ino, Ten Ten and Temari.

"Hahaha, anyways, Abigail, has Neji finally asked you out yet?" Temari said, as she pushes her eyebrows up and down.

"No, not yet Temari." I answered, as she gave me a unimpressed look.

"Agh! When is he?! It seems like he is ignoring the relationship between you and him!" Temari complained, as everyone had a sweat drop on the side of all of there heads.

"Neji is different from everyone, sure he may be mean and sometimes looks serious all the time, but that's why I like him." Abigail explained, as she smiled and looked at the stars in the sky.

Hinanta looks at Abigail with happiness. Hinanta has always knew that Abigail and Neji had a thing for each other, but she didn't want to say anything because she was afraid that it will ruin the relationship between Abigail and Neji. The girls kept talking, that's when Neji arrived on the scene. The girls look to see Neji coming towards them. All of them look at Abigail with a knowing look, especially Temari.

"Hey Abigail can I ask you something?" Neji asked Abigail, as Abigail looked at Neji with interest.

"Sure Neji, what is it?" Abigail asked, as she gave him a curious look.

"Can I take you out on a date." Neji asked, as Abigail got flustered by Neji question.

"Sure I would love to!" Abigail exclaimed, as all the girls started cheering in the background.

Abigail and Neji left the girls. Neji and Abigail were in blissful silence.

"So, where are you taking me, Neji?" Abigail asked, as she looked towards Neji.

"It's going to be a surprise." Neji exclaimed, as he gave Abigail a smile.

"Oh okay, Neji." Abigail said with a smirk, as she and Neji kept walking.

Neji and Abigail finally made it to Neji surprise place. The surprise place was a field with a lake. It was very beautiful. Abigail thought this place was gorgeous. Abigail looked at it once more until everything turned dark. Abigail panicked, but realized that Neji was covering her eyes.

"Neji? Why are you covering my eyes?" Abigail questioned, as she looked curious even though her eyes were closed, she had that curious look.

"There something down the hill I don't want you to see yet." Neji exclaimed, as Abigail understand that this was another of his surprises.

Abigail and Neji went down the hill very carefully. They reached the surprise area.

"Alright I'm going to open your eyes." Neji warned, as Abigail nodded towards him.

Neji let go of Abigail eyes, only for her to see a beautiful picnic area for only two people to share.

"Oh Neji, this is beautiful!" Abigail said, as Neji looked at her with a smile.

"I'm glad that you like it." Neji said, as Abigail smiled at him.

The two sat at the picnic area. They both ate and had a few laughs with one another but they both new there was something in the air that needed to get out. After they laughed at a joke they told each other. Neji became a bit serious.

"Anyways I'm glad that you accepted my invitation to be here this very lovely night." Neji exclaimed, as Abigail started blushing a bit.

"Well, I'm glad that you did invite me.......thank you for inviting me." Abigail thanked him, as Neji started blushing a bit as well.

"Well it's starting to get late, we better get going." Neji said, as he started standing up and cleaning everything up. After Neji cleans up the place him and Abigail were at, he hears Abigail's voice.

"Hey Neji!" Abigail called out to him.

"Yes?" Neji asked.

"Um, can I show you something?" Abigail asked.

"Um, sure." Neji said, as Abigail came up to him.

Abigail came up to him. They both looked at each other. Abigail leans forward and kisses his cheek.

"I just wanted to show you that I'm grateful you invited me on a date." Abigail mumbled out, as she had a red hue on both of her cheeks.
Abigail passes him by but not until she got stop by one of his hand's.

"Ah, Yes Nei-" Abigail couldn't speak as she felt something on her lips. Neji kissed her! Abigail was shocked, she never knew the day will come where Neji does the first move on somebody. Specifically on her. Abigail returns the kiss, as they both kissed for about five minutes or so until they had to release from each other for air. They both looked at each other with smiles plastered on there faces.

"Does this mean were a...." Abigail trails off, as she became a huge hot mess.

"Yes we're a thing." Neji announced, as Abigail smiled towards him and gave him a kiss on the lips once more.

As the night became more dark, a love blossoms, that very special night.
