"So,we need to find someone who is quick witted, sorts everything,a leadership teams administrator"
Namjoon said.
"Really, you want someone to organise us?" Jungkook said already bored with the conversation.
"Kook we need it,Suga's getting more involved with the music than the song writing,Hobi's time now is mostly set up for dance routines for our idols,I'm writing songs, dealing with paperwork barely having time to interview new clients, you, well we all know you are singing dancing and writing songs but you don't engage enough with the people,Jin is more the financial wizard and personal manager and Tae..."
"Sorry I'm late did I hear my name?"
"Thanks for turning up.....Tae...brings in the new recruits and fills in wherever ,but we don't manage our time well, there's been a few double booked incidences where we haven't let our secretaries know, which has cost time and money resetting things up,a manager would oversee the little things that we miss ."
"Sounds good to me,we made this company to carry on doing things we loved ,forgetting all the paperwork that bogs us down,I just wanna make music..." Suga said.
"If I could just concentrate on the dance routines instead of worrying if I sent the relevant forms to whomever,I'd be happier." Hobi said.
"Sounds like your all saying you can't cope ?" Jungkook said frowning.
"No,we have a life outside this place and need to know we are both runnng it as it should be done without letting it burden us in our homelife," Jin said
"Kook we all know you're a workaholic but why make the money if you don't enjoy it?"
"I do have a life!"
"One night stands with people you can't remember the name of is not classed as having a life!" Jin said
"Even if we wonder how you manage to do it," Tae smirked, he and Jungkook giving each other a high five.
"Well anyway...I have three applicants, they are all in tomorrow ,who wants to sit in the interviews with me?" Namjoon asked.
"Hell no..." Jungkook said
"I will Jin said.
"Sorry full day tomorrow," Hobi said
"Me too."
"I will," I don't want some old fogey coming in," Tae muttered .
"Good well first ones at ten,in here, see you all tomorrow."
They all got up going to their respective offices.
"Miss Lin,what times the avantgroup coming in?" Jungkook asked his secretary.
"Er well it should have been two but the studio you wanted to use was already booked by Mr Yoongi for the rap group so we can have the other large studio at four or the smaller one at three?"
"Damn it! Why didn't you say before?"
"You only text me last night sir and you hadn't booked the studio whereas mr Yoongi er Suga had."
"Call them to come at four, book it now!"
"Yes sir..."
Jungkook walked into his office slamming the door. He had meant to tell his secretary the day previously but had got caught up...he was annoyed at himself. Much as he hated to admit it this office manager may be a good idea, they had been limping along for years doing their own thing, now they were becoming more well known they should maybe act more professionally.
He sighed even though he was in this business he wasn't flashy or a people person as such,he could produce songs easily,he taught dance routines in a way he expected others to follow him and he still produced solo hits for the company which were received well by the public.
Turning to his desk he caught up with his work.

Jimin brushed his hands down the side of his trousers,he was nervous but determined to give it his all.He wanted this job for two reasons, one the company was growing fast and two he'd just resigned from his old job where there was not much to keep him busy and a pervy boss who thought Jimin was his to do as he pleased.
There were two others sitting with him, neither who seemed to be bothered by the wait.
"Hello I'm Kim Namjoon, before we sit down for your interviews I'd like to take you around the building show you what we do to help explain our criteria needed,we will then come back here and do your interviews,so if you'll follow me."
The building was on four levels so they went from bottom to top ,Jimin took it all in,the layout, who worked where and made mental notes.
His face brightened at the dance studios and he wished he could see more but it was busy there.
The recording studios had people in so they couldn't disturb.
A dark haired man walked confidently by them eyes on some paperwork cursing as he came to a room only to stop when he realised someone was there. He turned back huffing.
"Oh Jungkook these are the three coming for the interview,"
The man barely glanced at them although his eyes did stare back at Jimin who was looking at the disc awards on the walls. Then he nodded and walked off.
Eventually the group got back to the floor they started on and two other men were there.
"Right so,we will call yo in one by one...er Jihun beer?"
The man got up and followed them in.
Jimin stood looking around frowning a little then sat down putting his brain to use.
Twenty minutes later the man came out.
"Park Jimin?"
Jimin went in.
The three men sat one side while he sat the other.
"So Mr Park..."
"Jimin please..."
"Ok Jimin, what type of background are you from?"
"I came top of my business management group,I have a background as a dance major,I recently left a company I'd worked in for four years which involved setting up the offices, training staff on new systems and keeping things running smoothly."
"Weren't the offices set up like here before you got there?" Jin asked.
Jimin bit his bottom lip then said neutrally ," the offices were in place but not to their best layout."
"So you've looked around here what do you think of our layout?" Tae joked.
Jimin looked at the three then sighed,oh well they had asked .
"It's wrong.....as I see it you all started this company as a group yet your offices aren't conducive to a group set up. There are six of you on different levels, secretaries here and there and office juniors yet no collaboration.
I sat here and the lift was constantly pinging,I kept hearing wrong floor as the person was looking for someone's office.
Your top floor should be office level yet it has only a few offices used and storage in the rest.
All six of you could easily fit there your secretaries and office juniors too, plus whomever gets the job.
It can be easily set up the rooms are there and the floor space in the middle would be the office staff in partitioned booths.
The third floor here where we are now could be a main board room at the end, keep the staff area to provide drinks etc for meetings and office staff only not idols which I saw popping in there.not only will it let staff have a place to go away from where they work giving them a definite break,it will also stop sloppy attitudes of bringing drinks to their desks.then you could have a whole long storage room for files and an it department which will keep your business secure,I didn't see any evidence of one anywhere? Who checks your systems are optimal?"
"Er...well we call someone in,"
"Therefore taking it out of your hands and leaving you open to being compromised...Anyway,the recording studios should be on the second floor and the dance studios on the ground ,with showers available, nobody wants to wait for lifts or be hot and sticky after dancing hours...also a proper reception and waiting are with drink machines, signs on walls are not very welcoming.
You have fascilities on every floor so that would be no problem." Jimin finished only to see three pairs of eyes staring at him with surprise .
"Sorry but you did ask," Jimin mumbled thinking to himself that he'd lost the job.
"Can I ask why you left your job?"
"It was not fulfilling enough and well the boss wanted more of my personal time shall we say."
"These changes could be a major expense..."
"Not really you have the rooms a lick of paint would do,organising the office layout is easy you all have your own furniture it would just be placed in a different room, glass screens would be used to privatise secretaries desks as would the other desks. Yes soundproofing for recording may be a little expense but not too much as you have the booths already. Converting the ground floor is where the money may be spent....but if you know people to use it can be cheaper and I don't mind giving you contacts for that if you were to go forward, these crews do night shifts and you would start by moving the office staff."
"Hmm ,well as you know we have another interviewee so we will be in touch wether you get the job or not"
Jimin stood up thanked them and left.
"Well he was certainly enthusiastic..." Jin said
"And he did have a point, especially the IT idea,we need to be more security conscious " Namjoon said
"I thought the whole thing was good and as the costs would be split by six it wouldn't be astronomical and we aren't exactly poor..." Tae said adjusting his Louis Vuitton jacket.
"Well let's get the last one in then talk to the others"
Just  after everyone bar the six had left they gathered in the staff room drinking coffee.
"So that was the three, the first one I wasn't keen on just nodded all the time, the other two knew the business any thoughts guys?"
"How much disruption and lost time would a change make?" Jungkook frowned
"Well if as he says they work nights not too much they could work floor by floor..."
"He's right it would be easier to keep the offices in one place we could actually ask each other things instead of running or forgetting to do it,this central hub is a much better idea." Hobi stated," and he's right, ground level dance studios means they can come and go or pop to the local cafes in between not wait in cues for the lifts.
"So it's Jimin then?"
"Get him back in to run costs and put ideas down on paper but yer he sounds the best of the three." Jungkook muttered

"Hello Park Jimin? Sorry to ring so late it's Kim Namjoon,we would like to offer you the job ."
