"What?! What are you talking about?!"

"I just thought I'd warn you....you'll find out more"

"No! I need to find out more NOW! Please tell me more! On my mom and anything you know! Please!"

"Ok, ok! Keep your voice down."

She motioned me to come closer and started whispering.

"Your mother....she was going through things and I helped her get through them...."

She was starting to continue, but then a mysterious looking guy walked through the door and she immediately stopped talking.

"Tell me more!"

I whispered but she just stood there and waited for the guy to speak.

"Hello Helen" The guy said.

"Um, P-Pamela come in the back to find your book" She said while her voice was trembling, why was she so scared of this guy?

I walked in the back and she started whispering, "Whatever you do, under any circumstances. Do NOT talk to that guy! His name is...Lance"

"Why can't I talk to Lance?!"

"Just listen to me! Okay?!"

I knodded and she placed her hand on my forehead and started mumbling something...it sounded like she was speaking French!

"Protégez cet enfant contre le côté en noir et donnez-lui la puissance d'être défendu par magie foncée"

"Helen what are you doing?!" I kept saying, then she finally stopped.

"Get out of here now! And take your friend with you!"

"Why?!"

"For your own safety!"

And with that, I ran out of there and grabbed Bonnie by her arm and ran to her house.

--------------

"Pam are you okay? You've been acting really paranoid ever since the library"

I decided not to tell Bonnie about the whole 'French-mumbling-fleeing-the-library-for-safety-thing'. I was already freaking out and Bonnie was excited for this One Direction signing thing...so I didn't want her to be all scared while we're in Nevada. But I'm still trying to figure out what really happened back there at the library. The ring of the door bell interrupted my thoughts, we were home alone so we looked out Bonnie's window to see who was at the door. It was that weird guy from the library! What was his name again? Lance?

"That's probably the Chinese I ordered, I'll be right back" Bonnie said while heading toward the door.

"NO! I mean...Umm...I'LL GET IT!"

Why was I acting all stupid now? I think that weird librarian got to my head...am I really in danger? I was about to open the door. Wait? What am I doing! This guy could be a lunatic! And Helen clearly said under ANY circumstances to stay AWAY from him! So I walked back to the room and didn't even open the door.

"Um, WHERE'S the FOOD?!" Bonnie said as I walked in empty handed.

"Wrong address, it was fried chicken not lo mein." I was good at lying..

She didn't care one bit. "Whatever, I'm gonna make a salad want one?"

I knodded yes and she walked in the kitchen while I turned on the t.v. It was silent for a second, I didn't hear any noise in the kitchen. Nothing was moving. So I walked out to investigate.
