For a science competition at her high school, Georgia Renee decided to try her hand at time travel. She knew, objectively, that it was impossible for her to create something that could work, but time travel has been her greatest passion for years now.
Now, she finds herself in 1983, stuck, and in the middle of a supernatural town that seemed so normal on paper, but that held a deep secret.
Teaming up with a boy named Jonathan Byers, whose little brother disappeared, and a beautiful (and taken) girl, named Nancy Wheeler, whose best friend has gone missing, she tries her best to help those people, doing all that whilst also looking as to why she couldn't go back to her time. And maybe fall in love along the way.
