"Oh god slow down I don't want to die please!"

I almost scream when we go over a pothole and I go flying off the seat clutching onto Madden for dear life I pinch my eyes shut tightly waiting for this to be over.

It's currently twenty five degrees.

In British terms it's bloody boiling.

So when Madden burst into my room this morning with that stupidly gorgeous smirk and the opportunity to get away from the washing pile that's been eyeing me up I didn't think twice about getting on his bike.

But now I'm thinking twice ,oh boy I might be thinking thirds about getting on this death machine.

He lets out a laugh while swerving the next corner and I yelp as the bike tilts along with us.

Of course he's laughing now I just look stupid.

Let's go to a cute forest he said more like let's take you to an early grave!

I let out a breath as the bike breaks to a stop on a small decolate road.

I'm practically leaping off the the bike pulling the thick helmet of my head I thrust it into his hands blowing a few stray hair off my face.

"I'm never getting on that bike ever again you said you'd go slow!"

"That was slow"he chuckles pulling the key from the ignition.

"Why are we even here?"I ask taking in my surroundings.

It's a gorgeous pine forest with various shades of green and sage tall dense verdant trees paired with a clear blue sky with the summer sun beating down on us.

"Holy this place is beautiful"I gape

"Come on this way."he says grabbing my wrist and leading me into the trees.

He leads me deeper into the woods the bike slowly fading behind the verdant forest.

"How did you find this?"I ask because a place like this would be jam packed with people usually but its completely empty.

It's just us.

"My mum showed it to me when I was younger"

"Did you come here a lot?"I ask dodging a stray branch as we countinue down the damp dirt path.

"Yeah, I come here when it gets too loud"

"What gets too loud?"

"My head."

I feel you on that one.

"Do you have a place?"

"What do you mean?"I question trailing behind as we approach a small opening in the trees.
