Is it going to be fine?.

A friend, or a foe?

Upon arriving to class 3-1. He was greeted by a girl. Was she the head of the clubs? He thought to himself.

The girl turned around, her expression changing into a surprised one, facing him. She cleared her throat, preparing to speak.

"Hello, there. The principal must be the one that suggested u join a club and come here, yes?"

The girl said, smiling warmly at him, patting on the seat next to her, offering him to sit down. Xian followed, sitting down next to her whilst fidgeting with his hands.

"Soo..tell me, what kind of hobbies do u like?"

She asked, trying to know more about him so that she could place him in the right group. Xian looked at her, silence filling the room before deciding to answer, choosing words carefully.

"Well.. I don't really do anything, but I draw, paint, and sing."

The girls eyes glimmered , standing up and grabbing a small notebook to list him in a few clubs he could join in

"Let's see here..U could join the arts club, music club, and.."

Her voice trailed off, a cause of her talking too much. He decided to pick the most simplest option, which he thinks is compatible with—Arts. Something he has done since he was a child to cope with trauma. It calmed him, bringing a sense of freedom and space to breathe in when in rough times.

"By the way, w-whats ur name?."

Xian asked.

"My name is Aria. Nice to meet u, Mr, Xian."

She took her hand out, offering a handshake. Xian looked at her, confused, before finally getting it. He greeted her back, shaking her hand as he smiled awkwardly.

"Alright. That's enough, I'll be sending u out now. If u are experiencing any trouble with ur club mates, do not hesitate to tell me since I will be the one to take care of it."

She nodded, waving him bye. Xian left in a hurry, wanting to go home immediately. She was..friendly to say the least, bit he couldn't figure out why he has a gut feeling that he's an enemy..
