CHAPTER//1

AMANDA
I'm Amanda Lynn Carter.I am what you could technically call a nerd. I am the top of all of my classes, I wear glasses, and I actually wear the uniform the correct way; not the way that would make me look like a whore. I had a lot of friends, but I'm not like those controlling popular kids, I have class.
There is this one group though. The popular punks that consist of: Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford, Calum Hood,
and Luke Hemmings. To say they weren't absolutely attractive would be a complete lie. They attract girls so much that the principal literally has to come down to wherever they are to breakup the crowd!! Let me explain them. Ashton Irwin. Curly beach blond hair, amazingly charming green eyes, wears white t-shirts-black skinny jeans-converse- and a leather jacket just cause uniforms "aren't his thing". Anyways, he is the most popular in the little group by far. He probably goes through the most girls.
Now Michael Clifford. He has different color hair practically every week. This time it's kinda a galaxy color. He has beautiful green eyes like Ashton's. He wears the white button up uniform shirt and the tie, but then he wears skinny jeans and converse.
Calum Hood is a different story. He has black hair and chocolate brown eyes. But unlike the other boys in the group, he wears the proper uniform for the boys.(white button up shirt, tie, black dress pants,and nice shoes) Also, he's the kindest one in the pack, and when someone's says that, that means something.
Finally Luke Hemmings. He has blond hair that's always styled into a quiff, bright blue eyes. He pretty much wears the same thing as Ashton, except for the leather jacket.
All of them have drop dead gorgeous smiles and the cutest puppy dog faces that can trick anyone to doing something for them, especially Ashton.
Enough with those assholes. I have a best friend and her name is Louise Marie Reid. She has chestnut brown hair with the tips dyed blond, and blue eyes. We've known each other since pre school and nothing can separate us! She's such a great person, she is so sweet&smart!

AMANDA POV
So today is the first day of 10th grade at RidgeCrest High. Me and Lou drove here together so we wouldn't be bearing the crowded halls all alone. Our first stop was to the office to get our timetables. And it turned out that we have half of the classes together so 3 periods with someone I can actually bear to be with!! Anyways, so we headed to our 1st class which is English. Once we entered we sat down in the middle row and waited for class to start. After the first 10 minutes of class started, Ashton Irwin finally decided to show up. He headed to the back of the room but when he went past me he winked and I immediately felt my cheeks heat up. The class went by sooooo slow but when it finally ended I told Lou to wait at my locker while I talked to the teacher. When Ashton passed me though, he thought it was funny to smack my bum and his friends wolf whistled whilst he smirked at me. As soon as I was done I rushed to Louise and we ran to our next class. After 5 other long classes school was finally over. When we were leaving I heard someone call my name and it was none other than the one and only... Ashton Irwin.
