The stars shone brightly blending in perfectly with the lanterns that gently floated up into the sky looking like a perfect scene from tangled.... It was beautiful... your eyes glinting as you peered up at the sky in awe. It was truly beautiful, too beautiful to explain. It was literally like a painting. A moving painting, it was perfection. Your eyes turned to look to Harry who held a lighter "ready baby?" He spoke with a small smile and you nodded holding onto the lantern as he placed the lighter underneath the lantern watching as a flame soon engulfed the material "let go in three... one, two, three!" His hand raised with yours as you both let go of the lantern your eyes following the glowing lantern as it floated up into the sky beautifully, blending in with the other lanterns cheers and happiness coming from the people all around you, Harry's hand resting on the small of your back as he too peered up at the sky the beautiful orange hue of the lanterns making the night sky even more gorgeous.

Harry's green eyes soon moved down to look at you admiring you as you stared up at the sky, and he smiled continuing to admire you as you soon turned around keeping your head up "look at that one Harry... they're all creating a heart" you spoke with a happy smile pointing up at the sky, Harry murmuring a soft response but he barely focused on it too entranced with you. He soon took your wonderment as an advantage, reaching into his pocket as he lowered himself down onto one knee other people around you spotting the moment but keeping quiet with excitement glowing in their eyes— waiting for you to catch on to the moment. Harry held the small ring box in his hand, the ring a glowing amber colour which matched the ring he often wore. The ring you always complimented.

His smile was bright and happy as he peered at you "y/n" his tone was gentle, a soft chuckle leaving his lips knowing your attention was truly on the lanterns in the sky "sweetheart... y/n... my love.." he spoke more tenderly, reaching his free hand out to touch the small of your back and eventually you turned around mouth open to comment on something that soon became a blur of nothingness your hands cupping around your mouth as you peered down at your boyfriend eyes wide "oh my god!" Tears sprung to your eyes your hands trembling and Harry smiled at you keeping his eyes on you, people around you starting to pay attention an older couple holding each other as they smiled, a young girl watching the moment certainly commenting about the fact that it looked like a scene from the "princess movie" and other women and men looking on the moment with true fondness, smiles kind and excited. Your hands continued to tremble tears spilling down your cheeks as you let out a strangled sob

"Y/n Y/l/n..." he stretched his hand out grasping onto your hand watching as tears crept down your cheeks "will you marry me?" His voice was tender and loving and you nodded your head frantically "yes! Yes! Oh my god!" You then jumped into his arms wrapping your arms around him almost knocking him down in the process but he caught himself a soft chuckle leaving his lips before he pulled back momentarily guiding the ring onto your finger before he wrapped his arms around you tightly again, gently spinning you around in his embrace as multiple people took photos of the both of you the lanterns flying high in the sky behind you your arms clung around his neck "I love you so much" he murmured into the crook of your neck "I love you so much too Harry..." he then pulled back grasping onto your face in his hands before he leaned in kissing you deeply and he smiled softly knowing you were truly the love of his life. Always. Bonded forever.
