Urgh the guy's still staring...maybe it's what they do with new recruits?

I look back behind me and he's gone.

Weird..she lets out a sigh and finishes unpacking.

An hour later , after a tour of the base , I was laying down on my bed trying to rest when captain price came and told me to get ready for training or a test. They want to see my skills.

I quickly line up outside in the field with the other recruits and look around.

Most of my team was there captain price, sergeant soap and ...Luitenant ghost.

God he's creepy he always seems to be glaring at me and looks pissed off! Like what's up with this dude!

''Y/N are you listening?''

I quickly snap out of it and nod
''Yes captain !''

''alright then we want to see your hand to hand combat skills. Your up against ghost. ''

Oh no...the guys like huge! And he seems to hate me! Seriously?!

''Okay captain'' I say and walk I to the training platform where The luitenant is standing

I look around and notice everyone watching. Even some recruits that aren't from my task force.

''Start. ''

I lunge forward at ghost.
He quickly dodges and punches me in the stomach, making me stumble backwards and clutch my stomach.

Dude he's huge and towers over me but damn he's fast!

I grunt and try to stand back up but he quickly pins me down and grips my neck tightly , making me choke.

I struggle to get free but managed to kick him in the stomach.
it made him loosen his grip on my neck just a second and I flipped us over so I was straddling him now and holding him down.

My face turned red in embarrassment when I realized how wrong that position looked like.

But ghost just chuckled slightly and gripped my waist tightly then kicked me up and pinned me to the wall by my neck so I couldn't breathe.

I tried to move but his body was pressed up against mine and I couldn't get his hand off my neck.

Finally, after what seemed like forever , captain price called the match off.

''Good job Princess, you may not have beaten luitenant ghost but you did well.''

Ghost finally released his grip on my neck and dropped me to the floor.

I held my stomach tightly and was gasping for breath.

Once I finally caught my breath, I thanked captain Price. And out the corner of my eye I could see ghost slightly smirking under his mask.

It was faint but I could still see it.

And that made me remember the position I was on ghost. Urgh that was so embarrassing!

I looked away from ghost, feeling my cheeks heat up, as my face flushed red.
