"Sweetie!" My mom cried. Why? I was just on trip in jungle. "You finally woke up! 5 years!"
Everything was blurred. 5 years? And then I remembered... Claws... Teeth... I'll take revenge....

What if I would tell you...
"Wanna go to the near mountains to hike?" Tae offered as soon as he appeared in the kitchen, where I was filling my bowl with cereals.
It was beautiful sunny morning and we were enjoying the weekend at our apartment, just the two of us.
"Why not! It's Sunday and we are starting our work tomorrow, it will be great relaxation before stressful weeks of joining the work community that are ahead." I smiled. "Then go, change fastly - after you finish your breakfast - we are going to the mountains!"
I quickly ate the cereals and ran to our bedroom to choose something to wear. In the end I ended up with shirt sleeved pink T-shirt, - because it's summer - black leggings, black boots and dark red sweater to put on in the colds of mountains. I made a ponytail and ran to the hallway where was standing Tae in white T-shirt, dark brown pants and with blue sweater in his eight arm.
He then I opened the car door for me and with bowing gesture he said "Come in princess." I giggled at his play and gratefully bowed my head. I pretended to pick up my skirts and sat on the passenger seat. Tae closed the door and then joined me in the car. He leaned over to me, pecked my nose and with words "We are coming, mountains!" he started the car and drove to the beautiful masses of rocks with slightly white peaks.
After a year of our graduation, we finally found time for ourselves. It was hectic with looking for work, managing the apartment, visiting our parents houses to take care of everything because they, both pairs, left for Paris for 3 months... Till now, Tae was the only one who had work and I was managing the rest. But finally everything settled and I found myself an interesting job.
After and hour we made it to the parking lot. The cashier was an old grumpy lady who almost scolded us for visiting this mountain. However, this unpleasant encounter couldn't kill our enjoyment from the trip. We pulled our rucksacks from the car truck and got ready for the way up.

Because we weren't professional hikers, we took long peaceful walk till the middle of the mountain. There was a little cableway guiding way to the higher cascades of rocks. We used the machine instead of climbing and the view was breathtaking. All around us were mountains climbing to the skies and the forests that grew on those mountains were looking like fancy clothes that princes - the mountains - wore for a ball. You must think I am extragerrating but no, look yourself!

"Three quarters behind us, one last in front of us!" Tae announced. I just huffed because I was totally exhausted from the long way. Not that I regretted.
When we finally got to the peak, there was a small restaurant where we ate some freezed pizza. Really freezed, because we ordered and the cook forgot to call us to pick up our food. We found out about it when it started to turn into little iceberg. Nevertheless it was yummy and very welcomed treat after the long ass way up.
We sat there until 3 pm and then we hand in hand started our slow and peaceful way down. We stopped when we reached the meadow I showed you few paragraphs up. There was lot warmer than on the top of the mountain so we placed a blanket here and layed to rest a bit. I of course fell asleep. Tae woke me up when it was around 5:30 pm and we (after putting the blanket back into the rucksack) continued our journey. Now we used different path to get down here.
We stopped when we reached a mini cliff like part of the mountain. It was more likely a flat ground many metres up.

When we reached to the farthest cascade of this little cliff, I turned around am to enjoy the 360° of nature and mountains. However when I got back to my previous position, I found beautiful diamond.
The diamond sat on a ring. The ring sat in a ring box. And the ring box layed open in Taehyungs hand. And Taehyung was kneeling.
"Let me get over this quickly because I have no clue how to do it properly since I spent 17 years in tiger's body... However in every of these romcoms we watched, man kneeled down and proposed to the main lead somehow. Let me also say something. Yn, since the day I met you - as a tiger - I was mesmerized. I was many years in deep thoughts, wondering if you are okay when they transported you to the hospital. And look at me now - I, your very personal tiger attacker, am now kneeling in front of you as a human and hope that you want to marry me as much as I do. I love you so much and I would even jump into a volcano if I could save you like that. And I know that you would do the same. Please, forget the tiger claws that I digged into your skin few years ago and considerate my question. Yn, will you marry me?"
I was standing here speechless. "I-i ofcourseIwill" I blurted out. "I didn't hear you properly but I take it as a yes." he smiled as he got up and put the ring on my finger.
"This is not just a vow that you will marry me. This is also vow that we are going to be together through thick and thin." Tae said while scanning the horizon with his eyes. I smiled and playfully nudged him. "Just kiss me already Mr. fiance."
"As you wish Mrs. fianceé." he replied smilingly and leaned closer. Every one of our kisses was important, but I'll never forget this one.
Us, standing on a cliff, beautiful scenery all around us and setting sun dancing on the tops of trees and on the diamond on my ring.

Little fun fact - I guess that word "iceberg" is actually a mix of English and German! 🇩🇪 🇬🇧
German, there is word "hill" or also "mountain" translated as "berg". However "ice" is in German called "eis". So it is mix of words "ice" 🧊 from English and "berg" 🗻 from German.
I'm not German so if there are any word professionals or born English or German people, feel free to correct me, I just like to learn languages. Currently I'm fluent in 4 languages and I am learning 3 new 😂
