Pov.: reader Darkness... Silence... Dull pain... Panic...
- "How much longer is this going to last..." - cried my dead soul. I was sitting, no, I was not sitting. Nor was I standing; it was as if I was air. I was floating, the wind was pushing me. I don't know where I was, because all I kept seeing was darkness. I also did not feel anyone's touch; I could not touch anything either.
Emptiness... Nothingness... Deafness...

I was at home with my wife, preparing dinner for [Y/n], who should be back from school in a moment. The storm was roaring outside the window of the building and time and time again it was tilting the trees so hard that it seemed that in literally a moment they would break or be torn out of the ground together with their roots.
- Darling, will you pass me the ladle? - my wife asked me, and as I put it in her hand, outside I heard a bang and the crack of a tree breaking. Immediately, after a very loud sound, I caught an earful of a pain-filled scream, followed by the deafening clatter of breaking bones. I automatically turned my head towards the sound to move quickly towards the door, catching my phone in my hand on the way and clicking the emergency number with a trembling hand.
As I quickly opened the door, I was greeted by a devastating sight. Tears immediately flowed into my eyes.
- Kira! Kira! Kira! - I called out to my wife in a shaken, fear-filled voice. - Our daughter ... [Y/N]! No... It can't be our darling daughter! - I shouted running towards the broken tree. My legs were collapsing as I ran and my breathing became more and more nervous and accelerated. Behind me, Kira was running towards me. I dashed towards [Y/n], and when I noticed that her body was crushed and bloody under a massive spruce tree, I immediately burst into a panicked cry. In between, I spoke to the 112 operator. My dialogue with him was punctuated by my broken sobs; the woman tried to calm me down and instruct me on how I could help [Y/n], but it was no use. All the time my hands were trembling and I was unable to do anything.
After a few minutes, the emergency services arrived. People were clambering around the already pushed back tree and the medics had just taken [Y/n] into the ambulance all the time resuscitating her.

- How... How is it possible... No... This is not true... - I cried together with my wife embracing her. The surgeon stood in front of us looking at us with compassion. Our daughter is dead.
No. She isn't alive. Ours. Daughter. No. She isn't alive.
No. She isn't alive.

I was floating in the air, had been for a long time. I could still feel the emptiness, the voice in my automaton mind, as if it was learned, hummed the tune "Old doll".
Suddenly I heard a bang and a crackle. Out of space I fell to the ground. I felt the impact. The pain was excruciating; even so, I made no sound of my own to insinuate it. The discomfort pulsed like this for a few minutes, when suddenly I felt a light breeze, warm, such a silky wind.
My hair, began to wave in that gust. I took in a lot of air into my lungs and took a catchy, first breath in a long time.
- "I wonder how long I've been lying like this," I said in my mind, feeling the soft grass beneath me. After a few more minutes, I regained control of my body.
First, I straightened my hand, as if with difficulty, and then moved my arm towards my torso. Tiny, delicate fresh peals of face. I smiled weakly.
- "Comfortable this grass" - I laughed in my head. - "Oi... Or maybe I can try to open my eyes..."
I concentrated as well as tensed my whole body, then tentatively lifted my eyelids and a perfectly blue sky with white fluffy clouds appeared to my eyes. It was so beautiful up there, I sighed with delight.
- Wow - I sighed out loud and then raised myself to a cross-legged sit. My head kept going from side to side looking around. At one point I noticed a huge golden gate and some people lined up. As I stared at this strange place my eyes kept widening in surprise.
- 'Oh hello! - a man said to me and at the sound of his voice I gently jumped up. I looked at the boy surprised and confused at the same time. I bowed abashed and replied: - D-Good morning sir.... - Oh. What kind of gentleman. You can call me St Peter. - He laughed charmingly.
Just at that moment, hearing this person's name made me pale and my eyes became even more shocked.
- O-oh s-sorry for being disrespectful! - I spat the words out and then bowed even more, causing me to lose my balance and fall to the ground. Saint Peter worriedly crouched down beside me and gave me a hand to help me up.
- Are you all right? -he asked in his sonorous, gentle voice. I shook hands with the boy in embarrassment. Then I laughed nervously and shyly burbled my gratitude for his care and help.
- So... What is your name? - Peter asked himself.
- Y/n]...
- Well then, welcome [Y/n] to the gates of heaven. For now, stand in the queue for the examination of guilt and sins during your lifetime okay? Then we'll find out where you'll go. To heaven or maybe to hell.... -he said then smiled gently and I nodded in agreement and took my place in the queue. When St. Peter left to check the deeds of the souls in the queue, I was so shocked that I almost fainted from stress, and the pupils of my eyes, were still narrow like a cat's, due to my disorientation, after this flurry of strange, but nevertheless pleasant events.
