Chapter 4

~ Taehyung's POV ~

" Awww, it's 3rd period," Jimin said as we all left the library

" Jin and I have Language arts while you have Chemistry," Jimin said pouting while playfully crying

" Don't worry you guy, you'll talk more tomorrow, I'll spend my last period in the library" I said laughing while waving back at them. Jimin showed me to all of my classes so I already knew where to go

I walked down the long hallways full of high school students until I reached my destination. I walked through the door and was immediately met by a female teacher

" Hello....I'm Kim Taehyung, I'm new here...." I said smiling a little and the teacher smiled back at me

" Hello, Mr. Kim," She said smiling at me and clapped her hands, getting all of the students attending

" Class, we have a new student! " She said motioning her hands to me. I looked at everything and bowed

" Hello....I-I'm Kim Taehyung, take care of me," Taehyung said while smiling, girls were already whispering and swarming over him. He didn't know if he should be flattered or embarrassed

" You may take a seat in the back," She said smiling and Taehyung nodded while walking to the back of the room, seating in the far left seat

" Ok class- " The teacher was about to say until the door opened, revealing JK once again

Why the heck do I running into this boy?

" You're late Jeon, " The teacher said crossing her arms and JK rolled his eyes and smirked

" I know sweet cheeks," He said smirking and winking at the teacher was walking to here I am. My eyes were glued to my notebooks as he stood beside me

"You're in my seat glasses, " He said to me and I swallowed the in my throat. " S-sorry...." I said quietly and moved over a seat, letting JK seat down in his seat

" Okay class so today, we will be doing to study and try the Hydrogen Peroxide with Potassium iodide experience, " The teacher said and everyone looked confused about what she was saying but I knew what she meant, I love chemistry

" Does anyone know what that means? " She said and I wanted to answer the question so I singly raised my hand

" Taehyung? " She said looking at me while smiling

" The chemical reaction between the peroxide and potassium iodide shoots out a column of foam. In other words, its foamy substance caused by the rapid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide using potassium iodide or yeast and warm water as a catalyst. How rapidly the reaction proceeds will depend on the concentration of hydrogen peroxide " I said with confidence and her mouth opened at my response

" Wow....that's correct Taehyung...instead of calling it the Hydrogen Peroxide with Potassium iodide experience, what an easier name for it? "

" A shorter way is to call it the elephant toothpaste experiment because it simply looks like toothpaste coming out of a tube," I said and she nodded her head

" Wow...Your pretty smart Taehyung " She said while smiling at me and I blushed at the compliment

" So tomorrow, you will be partnered up with someone and you will write a small essay about this experience, then, you'll come up to the class and try it," The teacher said

" Who will we partner up with? " The girl said raising her hand while looking at me. I quickly looked away and blushed

" I haven't decided yet, I'll either pick your partners for you or you'll partner up with the person sitting next to you," She said and my heart dropped

I didn't wanna look at Jungkook because I've heard the things everyone said about his stare but...I couldn't help it and look over at him

We made eye contact and I quickly looked away. His big brown doe eyes were intimidating yet...soft

Taehyung stop it...Jimin said don't get too interested in him

~ 3rd Person POV ~

Taehyung walked out of the school building with a pit on his stomach, he will possibly partner up with JK tomorrow for the project...

He called his father to come to get him and he waited for his ride to come. His Father pulled up on the curb and he got in

" How was your first-day son? " Mr. Kim said as his son got into the car with him

" It was pretty good, I made two new friends...Their names are Jin and Jimin" Taehyung said smiling and his Father nodded his head and started to drive back home

Taehyung was honest, his first day was really fun and he made two new friends but, he can't help but be scared that his secret will get revealed, he doesn't want to get bullied

" Is Mother home? " Taehyung asked as they walked into the house. " Yes, she is in the kitchen," Father said and Taehyung nodded

" Hello Mother, " Taehyung said smiling and kissing her cheek and she smiled at him

" Hello Honey, go wash up, dinner is almost ready, " She said while smiling and Taehyung  walked upstairs to wash himself up for dinner

He washed his hands and walked back downstairs. He sat down in his seat and his Mother smiled

" How was your first day Honey? " Mrs. Kim said placing the delicious dinner in front of him

" It was fine Mother....some kids got jumped in the canteen though, it was really sad to watch, " Taehyung said frowning and picking at his food

" Why did they beat him up, Honey? "

" B-because he was caught k-kissing a boy...so a group of boy started to jumped him...." Taehyung said picking at his finger. He looked up to see his Mother smirking a little

" Well, being gay is a sin. That kid got what he deserved, being gay is a sin against God " His Mother said. Taehyung loved his mother with all of his heart but the words she says....it makes him sick to his stomach, he will never understand why his Mother hates Gay people so much

" Fag like that deserves to rot in hell for their sins " His Mother eating her food and Taehyung looked down at his  hands and nodded

My Mother will completely disown me once she finds out my secret...I'm so scared
