Arriving at Hogwarts

After a long train trip, finally you could see through the windows the hogwarts castle. Ivy looks at how big it is. It's also historical and just breathtaking.

"I never thought I'd ever come here." Ivy said while still admiring the view.

"I get it, I totally feel the same. It's just magical and it will be an amazing experience." Luna responded.

"Do you think we'll find love?" Ivy jokes and laughs.

"What? No. We are here to study magic and wizardly things, Ivy." Luna said and chuckles.

All the students exited the train and grabbed their belongings and started walking to hogwarts. They all left there stuff in the main entrance and walked inside the huge castle. Ivy's breath was taken away once she steps foot inside hogwarts. Boy was it huge and so detailed inside, it screamed history. She was excited to be apart and start her school year in hogwarts.

Draco then spots Ivy walking with Luna, he knew he had seen her somewhere. "She looks so familiar, but it doesn't ring a bell. Vincent, did you get her name?"

Vincent looks at Draco and nods, "I think her name was Ivy... Montes? Montenegro? I dont recall. Sorry."

"Montenegro you say?" Draco looked at him. "I knew she was a familiar face."

Draco knew that the rivalry between his father and her father was still lingering. He took this chance upon himself to make her life a living hell.

"Oh well, i guess we have someone to torment these years in hogwarts." He smirked.

"EVERYONE GATHER AROUND! Good afternoon, im Professor McGonagall. Im your transfigurations teacher and also the leader of Gryffindor. Please follow me into the Grand Hall." Professor McGonagall starts walking, leading the crowd to the Grand Hall.

Once everyone walked in the Grand hall, you could see the ceiling filled with floating candles, clouds simulating the sky outside, four big table's categorizing the Hogwart houses, lots of students were sitting in there respectful tables and watched all the new students walk in the Grand Hall. They all whispered and laughed, i guess they were excited to see this ceremony start.

"Now when i call your name, you will come forth, I shall place the Sorting Hat on your head and you'll be sorted into your houses." Professor McGonagall spoke as she holds a list and the sorting hat in hand.

"Hermoine Grengar." Hermoine stepped forth and sat on the chair, the sorting hat was placed on her head and all you could hear was, "GRYFFINDOR" the Gryffindor students applaud and screamed in excitement. And it continued repeatedly to every other new student.

Professor McGonagall calls out, "Ivy Montenegro" She was nervous, but she started walking and sat down, she took deep breaths and stayed still. The sorting hat spoke "Hmm, a Montenegro you say? Ah, of course. You're Marcelo's daughter, a very intelligent man. You are clever, intelligent and very creative. You would fit perfectly in... RAVENCLAW!" The Ravenclaw students applaud and screamed in excitement.

Ivy lets out a deep sigh and stands up to walk and sit down in the Ravenclaw table. "Welcome new commoner. You'll fit perfectly in Ravenclaw." The Ravenclaw prefect spoke. "I'm Rowan Fierce, Ravenclaw's prefect. I hope you enjoy your stay here in hogwarts. Trust me, you'll learn a bunch."

Ivy smiles and nods, "I bet i will, i already like it here anyways."

Ivy watches as her friend Luna Lovegood is also in, "RAVENCLAW." She applauds and cheers. Luna sits next to her and gives her a high five. Next on the list was a white haired young man, "Draco Malfoy" Professor McGonagall called. Ivy then realizes that it was the guy she bumped into while in the train. She saw him sit and the sorting hat didn't even have to be placed on his head as it said "SLYTHERIN." Draco just smirked, the malicious intent literally showed. The Slytherin students applaud as well in excitement.

After all the new students were sorted on their respectful houses, Dumbledore made a speech and granted us happy and fun year. Then the food was served, everyone ate happily, talked with eachother and got to know one another.

"So? You're Marcelo Montenegro's daughter." Rowan spoke.

Ivy looked at him, "Yeah, how do you know?"

"Your father is very famous in Ravenclaw's quidditch team. He was a good seeker and leader of the team. They one various of quidditch games against Slytherin." Rowan said as drank his butterbeer.

"Really? I didn't know my father was in the quidditch team. That's nice to know then." Ivy chuckles.

Rowan nodded, "You'll fit in perfectly in Ravenclaw, i see your resilience and creativity radiating from you."

"Aw, thanks. That's makes me feel good about myself." Ivy blushes slightly.

After dinner
Everyone was headed to their common rooms or dormitories. Ivy was walking side by side with Luna, they were walking to the Ravenclaw common room. The Ravenclaw tower was located on the west side of hogwarts on the 7th floor next to the Gryffindor tower. Luckily, girls and boys were divided to their own dormitories, but they would share the room with two other people it would be a total of three people in one big room.

Ivy layed her luggage on the bed she picked to sleep on for the rest of her years in hogwarts. "I guess we should get comfortable and get to know eachother?"

She was sharing a room with her friend Luna and a really quiet girl called Lily Gardania. The three girls got their stuff in their closets and respectful drawers. Then they got ready for bed, wearing their pajamas and laying tiredly in bed.
