"Get out of my house."
My mother spat in my face. She looks at me angrily as she looks up at me, a disappointed look in her eyes and expression.
"You can't do this—" she cuts me off with a harsh slap.
"My house my rules. You live under my roof, my rules. Now go. Get your god damn stuff, and walk your mistake ass out of my fucking house!" She yells. My dad sits on the couch, looking down as he doesn't try to look at my mother.
Things went... sideways in me and mother's argument. I... went too far and she said she had already signed me up for the army, and sent me on my way.
I didn't wanna go, really. But I had no choice, really.
I need to make sure my mother knows she made the wrong decision to sign me up for this shit country saving army.
I'll make her know she underestimated me.

"Let's go, cmon." A solider takes my hand and helps me off the private plane full of other recruits. I thank him and he nods, beginning to lead me towards a base in front of us. My heavy bag weighs on my shoulder.
"This here is Task Force 141. It's where you'll be recruited." The solider pats my back lightly and leads me inside, and we walk into some... room.
"Put your stuff underneath this bunk, it's where you'll sleep." The army guy then says again.
I sigh softly and place my bags underneath, and the soldier motions me to follow him.
I follow closely behind, taking glances around as I do so.
He opens a door and lets me in first, and I nod at him as in thanks—- and once I walk in I see 4 geared up men who look stern. They all turn to me, and one catches my eye. The tall man who wears a skull mask glares down at me. I swallow from his sharp gaze.
"Y/N, pleasure to be meeting you." Price greets me and smiles warmly, crossing his arms over his broad chest. I wave ever so slightly at him, standing at the other end of the table as the 4 men stand on opposite end. I met price all before this, so I pretty much know him well. I think.
"This is Kyle, but we call him Gaz," Price gestures to Gaz, and he nods at me. "John, call him soap." He points at soap and he smiles warmly at me.
"And Simon. We call him Ghost, because of the mask." Price sighs and glances at ghost before looking back at me. Ghost just stares down at me, his arms folded over his... broad chest as his sharp, piercing eyes stare directly into mine. A slight shudder goes through me.
"Well, hi... and I'm Y/N. I'm a..." I look at price for help. He chuckles, "she's our new recruit. Our new member of 141, you could say."
I hear ghost sigh softly as he continues to stare down at me.
"How old are ya?" Soap speaks up and I look at him.
"21." I say plainly, with a soft soothing but also cold tone.
"Mm..." Gaz hums, his foot tapping aptly at the hardwood floor.
The solider who led me in here walks out and shuts the door, and I swallow deeply in nervousness.
"No need to be nervous, lad!" The Scottish man says, leaning forward ever so slightly.
"H-how can you tell?" I chuckle,
"We all can." Ghost deadpans, still staring at me. My chuckle smile from a moment ago fades ever so slightly due to ghosts harsh tone while speaking to me.
"Don't be so damn rude, Simon." Prices raspy, rough voice echos In the room as he shoots a sharp glare at Ghost. Simon huffs and he tenses up slightly.
"Well, Y/N," Price clicks his tongue and leans down and places his hand on a paper, sliding it to me across the table. I hesitantly pick it up, and it says;
"Former Y/N L/N, recruited for Task Force 141
ACCEPTED"
I glance at the paper, reading the words before looking at price and smiling.
"Welcome to the team, recruit."
