Namjoon had done what Jimin had asked of him and brought back some dinner for the night, but also the suppressant pills that he had missed for the afternoon. Since Jimin was willing to eat now, he thought that it might be a good time to bring those as well as the pills he requested upon arriving the first day.

The guards hadn't questioned him on it since it makes it less awkward to guard him since he won't be going through his heats while he was staying here, even though they know that there is a risk of harming Jimin's body and wolf.

Once getting back to the room he knocked on the heavy wooden door to let Jimin know that he was coming in, unlike earlier though he had actually called out to him to enter. The guard at the door had unlocked it and opened the door for the beta male since his hands were full.

Jimin showed a small smile over to him as he entered the room and the guard closed the door behind him. The older male had walked over to place the food tray down onto the table next to the omega's bed where he was seated.

"I brought your pills as well, since you missed them this afternoon" Namjoon says as he moves to sit down next to Jimin on the bed, ready to listen to whatever his omega friend had to say.

Jimin at first moved the table closer to himself and wriggled his body slightly in excitement for the food that had smelt amazing, which had looked even better once Jimin had removed the lid from the plate.

The omega eats some of the food quietly as Namjoon just checked up on the messages he had received on his phone. Once Jimin's plates are empty then he carefully pushes the dish away and reaches for the single tablet and glass of water.

He quickly downs both before sitting back on the bed more and turning his body towards the beta that now puts his phone away as he can tell that the omega was ready to talk to him. "The king came by today" Jimin announces to his friend and watches as the older male tenses up.

"Are you okay?" Namjoon questions as he reaches over for the omega's hands to comfort him, Jimin stays still for a few seconds as he thinks about it again before he nods his head. "Was it about the prince?" the beta asks this time, now another nod follows as a response.

"He was actually quite friendly, at first" Jimin explains softly while scooting closer to the bigger male. "Just talked about the outside world and the palace" the omega sighed thinking back to the conversation he had with the king.

"Then the next minute, he wasn't" Namjoon's face fell into a saddened expression, the beta feeling sorry for what the omega is going through. Jimin looked down at their joint hands, his own face showing how upset he still was over it.

"What did he say?" Namjoon questions now, leaning forward slightly to try to meet his eyes. Jimin shook his head. He didn't think it would be a good idea to tell Namjoon about what the King had said to him in regards to seeing the prince again.

He wasn't really worried about it for the time being anyways, since he had warned the guards that care for him to not let the prince know where he even was. So he was hoping that he would just go along with what's left of his sad life without seeing the alpha once again.

"I asked him to let my parents go but he said he couldn't do that, so instead he is postponing their trial for a little while longer" Jimin answered, he was going to avoid mentioning the prince for the time being, he was more worried about the situation with his family and himself.

"He told me that I'll be stuck in here for the rest of my life" the omega whispered. He hated the idea of being locked up for his whole life, he wanted to go out into the world and explore all the things he hasn't been given the chance to do. He had so many things that he wanted to try at least once, however he doesn't see any of it happening from the cell he was locked up in.

"At least it was pushed back for a little while. I honestly wasn't expecting him to grant you anything" Namjoon replies truthfully, Jimin nodded his head in agreement, he also wasn't expecting anything of the sorts.

"I'll try to get you out of here as much as I can, I promise" Namjoon adds softly, tightening his hand around Jimin's smaller one. The omega showed him a small smile in appreciation, he was thankful to have made a friend like him in such a place.

"Thank you for being my first friend, Namjoon" the smaller male says as he moves over to lean against his side in search of more comfort. The bigger male wraps one arm around him with his own smile, "I'll always be here for you Min, whenever you need me" he answers gently.

The pair stay like that together for a while longer, they don't say much else to each other but they enjoy the company of the other. Jimin had eventually closed his eyes since he was tired, while Namjoon still stayed by his side even after his shift had finished for the night.

The guard had only decided to leave when another guard had opened the cell door to tell him that the prince's advisor was looking for him. He gently laid Jimin down in his bed and made sure he was covered with the blanket before he grabbed the food tray and left the room.

On the way to the advisor's office he had dropped the tray off at the kitchen. When he was in front of the office door he knocked gently and opened it after he heard the male call out for him to enter.

The male in front of him always made him rather nervous, not because he was imitating or anything of the sorts, it was because Namjoon had a bit of a crush on him.

"Mr Kim, I sent for you a while ago" the advisor said at first, dropping the pen he had in his hands before he leaned back in his chair with a raised brow. "Sorry advisor Kim, I came as soon as I could. I had other things to take care of" he replied back as he still stood over near the doors with his hands behind his back.

"Come sit down, we need to talk about a friend of yours" The other beta gestured towards the seats across from him, Namjoon hesitated at first but soon walked over to awkwardly sit down, he knew now why he was being called to his office this time around.

"I can't tell you anything about him. I think it's best for the prince to move on from him and find someone else to keep him entertained" Namjoon answered, not at all feeling bad this time about not telling them who Jimin was or where to find him.

"You know he won't move on until he finds him" Seokjin sighs, his smile not at all faltering, unfortunately for Namjoon. "The prince is determined to know who he is and once he sets his mind on something he won't drop it until he gets what he wants" the advisor says as he crosses his arms across his chest while he looks over the guard in front of him.

Namjoon goes quiet for a few seconds as he takes in Seokjin as well. "Well, he's asked me not to tell the prince and I will respect his wishes" the guard stands from his seat at that. He bows his head at the advisor, "Am I free to leave now? I am quite tired and wish to return to my room" he questions this time.

Seokjin nods his head, he watches as Namjoon turns around and walks over to the office doors to leave. "I apologise Mr Kim, I am only following my prince's orders. This probably won't be the last of this conversation" the advisor says just as the guard had opened the door.

Namjoon only slightly turns his head over his shoulder so that he can see the older male out of the corner of his eyes, then he steps out of the room, choosing not to reply back to that. He knew that it wouldn't be the end of it, but for now, he has done what he can to hold them off a little longer.
