Jimin had a few days to himself to rest up, only having Namjoon entering the room to bring him meals and to check up on him. They had talked to each other about Namjoon keeping quiet about who Jimin was to the prince, with Namjoon admitting that the prince had already come asking about him.

The omega had been up on the window ledge again when the door opened thinking it was his friend coming again to bring him his lunch, but once someone in the room had cleared their throat the younger had turned their way only to see that the king had come to visit him.

He had honestly been waiting for this visit, knowing that this could go into many different directions but knowing it won't go the way he would want it too.

Jimin was hesitant to jump down from the window, he was thinking that it would be better if he was to get down and bow but the King had instructed a guard to bring a chair over so that he could sit down across from him.

"The guards said you like to sit up there often, I imagine that the outside world would be quite different for you," the older man said as he crossed one of his legs over the other. Jimin just nods his head back in response.

"What did you think of the castle? It's rather nice in my personal opinion" the alpha added on, Jimin sighed quietly to himself. "They had only ever shown the outside of the castle or the throne room on tv" Jimin truthfully answered back as he turned his body to dangle his legs off the edge of the window ledge.

"I didn't get to see much of the parts I walked through but what I saw was pretty beautiful" the omega finishes off while leaning forward to tuck his hands under his legs. "The prince's quarters are a bit plain compared to the rest of the palace" Jimin finally addresses the reason they were having the conversation.

The king took a second to look over at Jimin before he nodded his own head with a hum, "He's a simple man these days" the older man said.

"I realise you know why i'm here today" The king uncrosses his legs to sit forward closer to the younger male. Jimin nods his head in agreement.

"I'm sure the guard that had come to get you the first night had told you what I usually do for those that are accepted to spend the prince's rut with him" Jimin turned to look out of his window again as he was able to hear some shouting from the gardens below.

"Is it true?" Jimin asks back, The king stands up to walk over to the window to look down at the same thing, two of his younger children playing in the castle gardens under the tower.

"Yes, however your situation makes it a bit harder for me to grant what you will want" he replied back as he turned around to look about the room that Jimin had been assigned to live in. "I want my parents set free" Jimin immediately lets out without looking at him.

The king sighed while shaking his head, "I can't do that" Jimin now looks over at him with a slight glare. He then sighed himself before slumping his shoulders, "Well, can you at least postpone their trial?"

"It has already been set to some time soon and I know what the penalty is, if you can at least postpone it to give them more time with my brother" Jimin looks down at the ground now, a sad look plastered across his face just thinking about the terrible things that will happen once their trial date comes around.

"I suppose it wouldn't harm anyone to postpone it a little bit" The king looked over at jimin again, and the omega looked up to meet his eye. "Just on one condition" he announces and the younger boy slumped his shoulders, he knew that it would have been too good to be true.

"What is it?"

"I don't want you around my son anymore. I don't need him catching feelings for an omega that is going to be in a cell for the rest of his life" the king said finally, the kind feeling that Jimin had been getting from him since he entered in has now gone and turned into that scary, crazy vibe that he had gotten the first time they had met each other.
