Be it a thing or people,
Everything changes with time
It's the law of nature.
But why is it that the law itself doesn't change?
It stays the same,
The only thing that doesn't change.
Deny it or accept it,
It stays the same.
People lie,
But this is the harsh truth of nature, It'll never lie.
It's the truth in this reality
That hurts,
More than any lie.
