"MEI YING" i yelled again,i've been trying to catch her for the past 3 mins,Jay was behind me trying to stop me but im way faster than him so he cant catch up. I was close to Mei ying so i extend my arm to attempt to catch her. Fortunately,i grabbed her arm and stopped her from running. I catched my breath,while still grasping her arm.
"Uhh.."Mei ying hummed, "You are so dead"i said and started tickling her. She was very ticklish so she kept laughing as i poked her hips.
"WHSOWWIDAOQKNWWDHYSAHAHQUWB WAIT EUNICE I CANTBREATHCOOWKQWHAHQHQHHAA" Mei ying said between her laughs,while Jay was just chuckling at the sight of it.

The bell then rang meaning class was now starting. "Well i'll see you guys at recess"i say and walked to my first period.

Now was second period,which is english....
I hesitantly walked in the room,my eyes roamed around to try and see if Cheng was alr here. I breath a sigh of relief,seeing that he was not here yet. "Are you Eunice Bautista?" I hear someone say,i turned and saw a teacher. "Oh yes thats me" i say and bowed, "Im sure you know that you will be assigned next to Cheng,right Eunice?" The teacher asked.
"Yes i am aware thank you" i smile, "Ok so you can sit there close to the window,and just wait for cheng ok?" The teacher smiled back and walked away. I did as the teacher say and sat in the seat i was assigned. I was busy on my phone,checking my socials,when in my peripheral vision i saw someone sit next to me. I imediately knew it was Cheng and didnt pay attention,i did glance at him though. He was talking to Zhuang and Liang,his body wasnt facing me so he couldnt notice me staring at him.
"Ok class,please sit down! I will now start teaching" the teacher announced. I placed my phone in my pocket and started to pay attention.

25 mins in the lesson. Someone whispered my name. I turned my head to the sound and saw it was Cheng, i quickly put my attention back to the teacher. No way am i talking to him.
Unfortunately,he kept whispering my name,so i had no choice. "What!?"i whisper yell at him. "Do you understand the lesson?" He asked. I scoffed,"since when do you care about listening during class?"i whisper."just answer my question."
"well,a bit ig? Not that much"i whisper back,he nodded and didnt talk to me again for the rest of the discussion.

it was now recess,i grabbed my stuff. Ready to leave the room when i bumped into Cheng. "Oh sorryyyy, i didnt see you since your so small eunice"he teased,smirking. Zhuang and Liang snickering behind him.
"tf did you just say?"i say,now was not the time for him to tease me. I was really hungry even when i ate breakfast earlier,and when im hungry i really need to eat."You heard me"he smirked.
"Look im not in a good mood rn,tease me sometime later but not now. It was alr torture sitting next to you earlier" i say,"werent you the one who wanted to sit next to me?" He asked. "EXCUSE ME?? NO,it was Mei ying who did this!"i fought. He smirked,obvious he was not believing me. "Really?"he teased again,"fuck,again what im saying is true now get out of the way!" I say trying to walk pass him but he kept blocking me. That was it,i then grabbed his ear and said,"didnt i say to get out of the way?"
"O-OW EUNICE THAT HURTS!" cheng yelled,by now it was us four left in the classroom. Zhuang and Liang just watched me grab chengs ear as i glared at the two. Signaling that they shouldnt do anything,"i asked a question,didnt i cheng?"i asked. "I-yes you did say i should move out of the way..." he muttered,"then why didnt you do it?"i ask again,"to tease you.."He muttered again. I scoffed and let go of his ear,walking to the exit of the room. "Why are you so pissed,your never like that when i tease you."he asked,rubbing his ear. "Im hungry thats why..."i muttered but he couldnt hear it so he walked up to me,"what?" he asked again leaning a bit close. It caught me off guard but i replied saying "i-im hungry thats why...". He blinked,"thats it?". I nodded,"then you shouldve told me,come i'll buy you food."he say grabbing my wrist,walking me to the canteen. Zhuang and Liang following.
When we went in the canteen,i saw Mei ying and Jay talking. Mei ying saw me and dropped her spoon,Jay noticing her and stared at the direction she was staring. His eyes widened too at the sight,i gave them a stare that it was not they were thinking,but their stare tells me theyre not believing me. Cheng stopped at a counter and ordered a food that i liked. How did he know i liked that? i question in my head,i see Cheng say something to Zhuang and Liang but i couldnt hear him. But as he said that the two walked away,i watched the two walked away. As i turned back to look at Cheng,he was alr holding my food. "Give me it,i can carry it.."i say,"no,let me just follow me." He say and i did what he say,wait why am i listening to him? Another question popped up but i shook it off my head.
Cheng sat in a empty table,placing my food in the table,i sat in the seat. "Th-thanks,i guess..."i mutter. He just hummed and sat infront of me,"arent you going to Zhuang and Liang?"i asked as i ate my food. "Eh me and those two are gonna hangout later anyways,so its not much of a problem that i leave those two for a bit"he replied,looking at me. I broke the eye contact,i didnt know why though."Oh yeah,how did you know i liked to eat this?"i asked,"you used to eat that all the time when we were kids so i suspected that you liked it."he gave a small smile i nodded.
"Is that so..."i mutter and he hummed again. "Wait,why are you suddenly so nice?"i ask out of the blue,"dont you want me to?" He asked too."dont avoid my question." "Tbh idk,i just wanted to ig."i look at him trying to see if he was joking,but he looked serious."Besides were growing up,i cant just tease you all the time"he chuckled. I smiled a bit,"i guess so...."
