"Okay, here he is, fresh from Toretto's hot rod heaven," Tanner says as Brian, Muse, and him walk into the room, where Agent Bilkins and Arizona are waiting.

"That was an $80,000 vehicle, Officer," Bilkins states with narrowed eyes at Brian.

"Damn," Arizona whispers with a slight smirk that Brian catches which causes him to roll his eyes.

"You told him what happened?" Brian asks as he looks over at Tanner.

"He knows," Tanner responds with a nod as he looks from Brian to Bilkins.

"Why don't you send the bill to Johnny Tran," Brian snaps as he glares at Bilkins, causing Arizona to shake her head.

"The kid's giving me attitude?" Bilkins responds as he looks at Tanner in astonishment. "It doesn't speak well for police/FBI relations, Tanner."

"All right, all right. We'll talk, okay? Let's talk about it," Tanner interrupts as Brian goes to run his mouth which causes Arizona to sigh since she would rather be at the Toretto's garage right now. "Muse, why don't you make us five iced cappuccinos, please."

"Regular or decaf, Sarge?" Muse asks as he glances around at everyone.

"Decaf, I think," Tanner replies with a shrug.

"Muse, you get me decaf then I'm slapping you," Arizona teases with a smile before following Bilkins and Tanner into another room.

"Four hijackings in two months, and we have nothing," Bilkins explains as he shakes his head before crossing his arms across his chest. "The DVD players and digital cameras are worth $1.2 million which brings the grand total to $6 million plus."

"We're in the political crosshairs now, Brian. That's why you're undercover with your sister," Tanner adds as he looks at each of the siblings.

"Either of you want that detective badge fast, then the FBI can help, if you come through for us," Bilkins proposes which catches Brian's attention but Arizona could care less. She is happy doing what she is doing.

"What does the truck driver say?" Brian asks as he gets ready to buckle down to get the case solved.

"He gave us the same M.O.: Three Honda Civics, precision driving, the same green neon glow from under the chassis. Lab says the skid marks came back the same: Mashamoto ZX tires. So, we know it's somebody in the street-racing world," Tanner explains as he flips through the file. "The only thing different is that he mentioned something about seeing red and blue lights."

"If we don't make this case, the truckers will take matters into their own hands," Bilkins reveals with a sigh. "Especially, with the rumor that a cop may be involved. I tell them we're close. Are either of you going to make me a liar?"

"Look, what do we know? We know this world revolves around Toretto, right?" Brian suggests as he looks from Tanner to Bilkins before barely glancing at his sister as he remembers what she told him. "I'm not saying that he's the one that's popping these trucks, but I can guarantee he knows who is. It's just a matter of time until I win..."

"You want time, buy the magazine. We don't have time. You sister is already in, so get me something I can use," Bilkins orders as he looks at the siblings before Brian and Tanner walk outside.

"Is Harry cooperating?" Tanner asks as Arizona makes her way outside after finishing her cappuccino.

"Yeah, like a guy that's gonna do three to five for receiving stolen property if he doesn't," Brian responds with a nod of his head.

"What kind of vibe is he getting from Toretto?" Tanner questions as Arizona rolls her eyes.

"He's scared of him, but he doesn't think he's jacking trucks in his spare time. He's too controlled for that," Brian replies with a shrug.

"Wait. Not that I want to contradict Harry's fine judge of character, but Toretto did hard time for nearly beating a guy to death," Tanner explains which causes Arizona to roll her eyes once again since Dom had a good reason for doing what he did. "He's got nitrous oxide in his blood and a gas tank for a brain. Do not turn your back on him."

"Tanner, I'm gonna need another car," Brian admits since he promised Dom a ten second car.

"Find a junk car with a nice engine," Arizona speaks up as she walks over to them. "Dom likes things that have potential. He may let Brian in with something like that."

"I'll see what I can come up with," Tanner responds with a nod before Brian and Arizona go their separate ways.

Arizona knows that she does not trust Brian not to snitch on the Toretto team, but having him around when she is there will definitely make watching him easier.

"What about parts and service?" Mia asks Dom as she looks at some paperwork.

"Hold off on it," Dom tells her with a shrug from where they are standing behind Arizona, who is sitting at her computer.

"Dom, I don't know what to do with it," Mia responds as a tow truck backs up in front of the garage with a totaled car on it.

Arizona raises her eyebrows in shock because she did not think Tanner would actually listen to her. Though she was not expecting scrap metal. Hopefully the engine is better than the outside.

"All right, what the hell is this?" Dom questions as he and Jesse walk over to the door. "What do you got there?"

"This is your car," Brian answers him with a smile while motioning to the car.

"My car?" Dom asks as Jesse hits the car, causing dust to fly everywhere. "I said a 10-second car, not a 10-minute car."

"You could push this across the finish line, or tow it," Jesse states as he looks at the car in disgust, causing Arizona to laugh.

"You couldn't even tow that across the finish line," Dom adds with a teasing smile which causes Letty to laugh as well.

"No faith," Brian defends himself.

"I have faith in you, but this isn't a junkyard. This is a garage," Dom tells him as he motions to the garage.

"Hey. Pop the hood," Brian orders as he points at Jesse which causes Dom to look at him as if he were crazy.

"I'm curious," Arizona mentions with a shrug, causing Dom to sigh in defeat. They unload the car into the garage.

"2JZ engine. No shit," Jesse exclaims as Dom and Brian take the hood off of the car.

"Man, what did I tell you?" Brian boasts with a smirk.

"I retract my previous statement," Dom admits which causes Arizona to lightly smile because she knows that Dom is not going to turn down the project.

"You know what? This will decimate all after you put about $15,000 in it," Jesse points out as he takes another look at the engine. "Or more, if we have to overnight parts from Japan."

"We'll put it on my tab at Harry's," Dom instructs as he turns to face Brian.

"Yes!" Jesse cheers which causes Arizona to giggle.

"I gotta get you racing again so I can make some money off your ass," Dom says as he points at Brian. "There's a show down in the desert called Race Wars. That's where you'll do it. I'll tell you what. When you're not working at Harry's, you're working here. If you can't find the right tool in this garage, Mr. Arizona you don't belong near a car."

"He owns you now," Mia says with a smirk as she walks past Brian.

"Told you so," Arizona mouths at her brother with a victorious smile.
