CHAPTER 3

R-18

Today is the day!

I woke up early to prepare my husband's meal. I do the same thing every day, but today is different because my husband is off duty for our wedding anniversary.

I am happy because we will have time for just the two of us - no one will interfere with the things we want to do together. We will have time to talk about various things - just like when we were in college.

Flashbacks....

"I like you Sabrina." He said while giving me a thousands of rose and confessing about his feelings for me.

Palihim ko siyang minahal noon pero siya ang kusang lumapit sa akin. Minahal ko siya ng patago pero sa bandang dulo, ako pala ang walang alam. Dahil ang taong gusto ko matagal na akong gusto.

"I like you too Aljoseph.." I confessed.

Niligawan niya ako, hanggang sa sinagot ko siya. Walang araw na hindi niya pinaramdam sa akin kung gaano ako kamahal-mahal. Ang sarap lang sa bawat ginagawa ko may taong nag-aabang at sumusupporta sa akin.

Isang taong tanging masasandalan sa nakakapagod na mundo. Ang taong minsan kong hinangaan ng palihim ay minamahal ako araw-araw. Ang sarap sa pakiramdam na may taong nagpapaalala kung gaano ka kaganda ang kaimportante. Sa mga panahong nanghihina ako, may taong nandiyan para maging kalakasan ko.

"Will you marry me?" Nang makagraduate ako, nag-propose siya sa akin na gusto niya na akong makasama habang-buhay.

"Yes,"

Sumugal ako para sa pagmamahal ko sa kanya. Siya ang una't huling lalaking ihaharap ko sa altar. Sakanya ko gagawin ang mga bagay na hindi-hindi ko ibibigay sa iba. Handa na ako sa panibagong buhay na haharapin namin.

"My love, as I stand here before you, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and joy. From the moment I first laid eyes on you, I knew that you were the one who would forever hold my heart.

Today, I vow to love you unconditionally, with every fiber of my being. I promise to be your your support, and your biggest cheerleader in all of life's adventures. I will stand by your side through thick and thin, through the highs and lows, always ready to lift you up and celebrate your victories.

I promise to cherish and respect you, to honor and appreciate you for the best person that you are. I will listen to you with an open heart. I promise to create a home filled with love, laughter, and warmth. I will be your safe haven. Sabrina, I promise to remind you of that every single day. I will never take your presence for granted, and I will strive to make you feel loved, adored, and cherished in every moment.

Today, I give you not only my heart but also my soul. I promise to be your partner, your best friend, and your lover, now and for all the days of our lives.

With this vow, I pledge my love to you, my dearest, and I am honored to call you mine. Forever and always." He said, and I was crying like an idiot while listening to every word he said.

"My love, from the moment I met you, my heart knew that you were the missing piece. Today, I vow to love you with all that I am. I promise to cherish you, support you, and be your rock through all of life's ups and downs. You are my forever, and I am eternally grateful for the love we share." I said while crying, he wiped my tears."

Napabalik ako sa realidad nang bigla niyang dampiin ng maliliit na halik ang aking leeg. Pinaharap niya ako sa kanya at halos mapaungol ako nang tuluyang halikan niya ako.

Naitulak ko siya nang mahina nang maramdaman kong maglalagay siya ng marka sa aking leeg.

"Ano ka ba, hubby! Lalabas tayo at nakasuot ako ng off-shoulder dress. Mapapansin agad ng mga tao!"
