Koku got some special sight thingy going on with his eye. He can see inside a person's soul, if it's impure then he knows the person is a criminal and has to be killed at a certain level of impurity. By atoning for one's actions it gets half pure glow and half impure so it shows the person is good but has done something but he wishes to erase from the past.
Leader of the Sirius squad has a atoning glow.
All others in the squad are incredibly pure.
All vampire have an evil soul, except Sirius brother, he got half pure half incredibly impure, which koku is curious about.
When fighting some criminal Koku gets flung through a portal.
He lands in the middle of a vampire fight happening at a the mansion where samurai girl lives.
He sees gun fight shooting vampires outside the house and he is in crossfire so he dodges skillfully. Vampires try attacking hin but he goes stab stab. The people inside on see kshink of metal and confusion occurs when the vampires all vanish dead.
He sees Wolfy fighting a vampire after killing other vampires, wofly is on the roof losing the fight, and saves him by swooping in and stabbing the ancient vampire with arm blade then again with footsy. He looks at wolfy with his cool eye. Wolfy goes like WAIT but koku flies away leaving Sirius crew in confused aftermath.
