One day I got a letter from my old highschool, asking me to come to the celebration of its 40th anniversary. I remembered the good times I had with my friends on foundation day. I decide d I would go to meet up with some of my old friends, I had better before I died anyway.
It was the day of the celebration and I was getting ready to go. Doing my makeup and putting my favorite beanie on to cover up my bald head. What a surprise my old friends will get when they see that I don't have my beautiful blond locks anymore. I checked my watch, time to go. Before I walked out the door, I checked my speech was in my pocket. Here we go.
I drove to school (wow haven't done that in over 10 years) with butterflies in my stomach. I parked in the parking area and walked into my old highschool, trying to dodge the some of the looks the students were giving me. I made my way down to the hall where Ms.Hogan said she'd meet us. I passed the spot where my group used to sit in the mornings and a smile flew across my face, remembering all the good times I had there.
I slowly walked to the hall looking in awe at the school around me, taking in each bit I could.
I walked to the front of the hall and saw all my old classmates chatting and walking around. I stood there far a while looking at everyone, they had changed so much!
I saw someone break free of the crowd and walk towards me. I looked at them trying to remember who it was.
