It is the year 2024, our time. The Story is about a normal man named Luc Scarleight, a 22-year-old Detective. He's mentally unstable, and sometimes still a teenager inside. He likes to watch Bungo Stray Dogs (BSD) and is a big Ranpo kinnie. His family is still there, but he lost contact after moving away.
