The tension hung heavy in the air as the assassin questioned his orders. "Boss, are you absolutely certain you want me to eliminate him? He's highly proficient in his field," he voiced his concern.
The Boss's response was firm and unwavering, cutting through the silence with commanding clarity. "Kill him. Do it now. I order it. He's in love. Love dismantles every defense a person has. He's a threat because of it," the Boss declared, leaving no room for argument.
With a terse nod, the assassin acknowledged his instructions and prepared to carry them out. As he took aim, his target unexpectedly locked eyes with him, meeting the crimson glare of the gun's sight.
The assassin hesitated, momentarily stunned by the intensity of the moment, then reluctantly squeezed the trigger...
Two months prior:
"Hahahaha, look at him, so helpless, so stupid, just like his big brother. He was also weak and stupid. Too bad he killed himself, or I would have killed him, hahahaha! Boys, where is the water? You want the money, right? Right? You want the money? I'll give you the money. Here, have your money."
Wooyoung pleaded, "Give me the money, Junghee. Give it back, I beg you. It's my only way to afford food, please."
Junghee mocked, "Oh, you poor wretch. Look at you, begging for a few dollars. How much? How much is this your life is worth, that you're begging like this?"
"Please, give it back," Wooyoung implored.
"Sohee, where's the water?" Junghee asked. Sohee threw cold water on Wooyoung, taunting, "First, you were a pussy cat, now you're a wet pussy cat," causing everyone to laugh.
Wooyoung stood up and asked, "Can I have the money back now? You've had your fun, please."
Heesoo mocked, "Oh my, look at the cat being so brave. Here, have it." Suddenly, Heesoo snatched the money from Junghee and flushed it down the drain. Wooyoung tried to stop them, but he couldn't. They did what they wanted.
"My money!" Wooyoung wiped his tears and looked into Heesoo's eyes, which were cold and blank, staring into his soul.
Heesoo taunted, "Look at him, looking me in the eye. What are you doing? Look down! How dare you look at me like that? Wow, you really want to die, don't you?"
"Why do you do this to me? WHY?" Wooyoung cried out.
Sohee interjected, "Oh my, he's raising his voice. Oppa, what will you do? He's trying to make you look like trash."
