Author note: Some people (by that I mean me😔) might get confused so,

If a word is in bold and underlined like 'this' it is related to time. If it is just bold with brackets like (this) it is an author's note in the middle of the book. Normally writing with a line under like 'this' is like a heading of something.

??? POV

I've finally found you, you traitor. Or should I say...Kocho Shinobu. I'll make your life a living hell.

-

A few months later (she's now like 2 and a half months pregnant 🤰)

Third person

The sun rolled upon the horizon as bird sang their songs of happiness as animals stirred awake from their peaceful slumbers. A waterfall beautifully cascaded down into the abundant lake that flowed evenly carrying a school of fish. The sun's blissful rays shone through the window shining right into the eyes of a certain someone.

Shinobu's POV

I was peafully sleeping until something bright shone directly into my eye. My eyes flattered awake and I became accustomed to my surroundings. I was in Tomioka's room. Suddenly, I felt my stomach lurch and I run to the bathroom to throw up. I don't know what's wrong with me anymore. I vomit at the most random of  times. But recently I've been puking more and more. Like yesterday I was completely fine but now I feel like shit. I've also missed mother nature's 'gift' for two months. It's not like I'm not happy about not experiencing that hell but I'm scared.

Giyuu's also been really worried about me and my health. We also have a pillar meeting today. Oyakata-sama has something or someone to introduce us to. I'm really curious but I hope it's not a dog or anything with lots of fur.

I went to the kitchen to see my boyfriend making my favourite food (ginger boiled down in soy sauce) and his favourite (simmered radish daikon.) He probably had my footsteps because he had turned around and put the cover on the pot,

"Good morning baby." He said walking across the kitchen from the stove.

"Morning," I yawn in reply as he kisses me in the middle of my forehead. He tried to turn away to attend to his food but I find myself wrapping my arms onto his waist. He turns his head around slightly, looking down at me.

Giyuu's POV

I turn to go back to my cooking but I feel something light holding me back. I turn my head around and look down to Kocho holding my waist, her head buried in back.

"Are you feeling alright today, do you feel sick again?" She doesn't respond to my question and just stays in that position. A few moments later she forced out a hoarse "I'm fine" in the sickest way possible. I sigh. Here we go again.

You see, recently Kocho has been sick frequently and has been throwing up over and over again. When I ask her if she's feeling OK she'll either manage to say an 'I'm fine' or not even be able to speak.

I walk over to the stove and put it on low heat before putting her on the counter. For a few seconds, she looks up at me in confusion and looks down again.

"Baby please look up at me," I say waiting for a response. She doesn't reply so I crouch down to her level. I lower her chin and say,

"If you don't feel well or just need to talk, please talk to me and don't bottle it up inside." She smiled brightly at me and I walked back to the stove and finish cooking.
