5 YEARS LATER:

Park Chaeyoung

"Are you okay?" I asked worriedly. He looked stressed, nervous, and he kept fiddling with his clothes.

"Mhm, why wouldn't I be?" he laughed nervously.

I'm so glad you aren't an actor, cause you'd be terrible.

"What's wrong?" I asked gently, wrapped my arms around his waist. He sighed and wrapped his arms around my shoulders, resting his head on mine.

"Just work, it's been stressful," he replied.

"Anything I can do to help?" I mumbled, squeezing him a bit tighter, but not too tight.

"Mmm, you can come to the restaurant I booked tonight, and you can maybe help with something after that."

I could hear the smirk on his face.

"Oh, what is it you need help with?" I asked, and his hands automatically moved down to my thighs. I rolled my eyes and smiled.

"I might be able to help," I replied.

"Hmm," he squeezed my thighs and brought his hands back up to my shoulders.

"We'll be late, by the way," I said. He sighed and nodded, then let go of me.

"Wait in the car," he said

I nodded and made my way to the door, then grabbed the car keys.

A lot had changed since college. First of all, we had both graduated, and I was now 24, making him 25. We had been dating for five years, and lived together. Life was great. We both had jobs, and we still saw the others a lot. Apart from Hye-ryeoung, her and Wooyoung had moved to Tokyo for a couple of years. Hyunjin had moved on from Hye-ryeoung, and was in a relationship with a really nice girl from Thailand.

I kept in contact with my family. Unfortunately, Soo-ho had passed away two years ago in a car accident. He was getting better, but then someone decided to crash into his car when they were drunk. My parents took a while to recover, we all did.

Me and Minho weren't engaged, yet, but we had plans. Minho was going to propose soon, and then kids would come after marriage. I didn't exactly know when he was going to propose. I wanted it to be a surprise, because even though we had been dating for 5 years, I'd still end up crying.  And probably at the wedding too.

I unlocked the car door and sat down on the seat. A few moments later, Minho came out and sat down in the driver seat, and took a deep breath.

"You look...really good," he breathed.

Why did he seem so nervous, and stressed?

"Baby?" I stared at him. "Are you sure you're okay?"

He nodded and smiled, but I could tell it was forced.

"I'm fine!" his voice had a bit of a shiver in it. "Seriously! Let's just go and enjoy ourselves tonight, then come back, and enjoy ourselves even more."

I raised an eyebrow.

"Who're you convincing?" I asked, a smile tugging on my face.

"Let's just go," he said, putting one hand on my thigh, the other on the steering wheel as he began to drive away.
