𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐒𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐎, Tony rolled a pair of dice, earning him yet another win when they landed. against the cushioned table. The people surrounding cheered on his victory. "Work it!" He bumped his head against Happy Hogan's chest. "Come on!" A woman near him caught his eye and he started the infamous small talk and charm routine he'd try with every woman. However, another woman caught his attention, turning him around to face her, and in true Tony Stark fashion, he happily obliged with her request. Tony looked her over, smirk growing. "We should just stay till the morn-."

"Found him!" Tony was cut off by the boom of his cousin's voice, causing Happy to turn in the process to see what the fuss was about. The family, who was now joined by Rhodey, approached the table casino table where Tony gambled his money.

"You are unbelievable." Rhodey was in disbelief as he grabbed hold of the man's blazer.

"Oh, no! Did they rope you into this?" Tony asked, feigning shock on his face, trying to supress the smirk that was growing.

"Nobody roped me into anything!" Rhodey had to keep himself from tearing the Stark's head from his shoulders, his grip around the award that he'd taken with him growing stronger, mainly out of annoyance.

"Some prodigal son you are." Lucy muttered under her breath. "Guest of honour can't even show up to his own presentation. Thought your whole shtick was being in love with yourself Tones."

"I'm so sorry." Tony said, trying to shut up Rhodey's and Lucy's complaints. He did, however, send a short glare Lucy's way, to whcih she shot back her own playful glare to annoy him with.

"But they told me that if I presented you with an award, you'd be deeply honoured." Rhodey tried to keep the topic from changing.

"Of course I'd be deeply honoured." Tony nodded. "And it's you, that's great. So when do we do it?"

Lucy and Alex both let out a sigh simultaneously, and Richie physically face palmed himself at his older question.

"It's right here." Rhodey lifted the award. "Here you go."

"There it is. That was easy." Tony took the award from him as it was shoved into his chest by one very annoyed Rhodey. "I'm so sorry."

"Yeah it's okay."

"Wow! Would you look at that? That's something else." Tony exclaimed, finally taking a proper look at the award in his hands. The wow factor of it was short lived as he proceeded to hand it to the woman he'd previously been talking to so he could continue his gambling streak. "I don't have any of those floating around. We're gonna let it ride!" He pushed his poker chips to the centre of the table and closed his fist around the dice. He waved his fist in front of the award holder. "Give me a hand, will you? Give me a little something, something." She blew lightly onto his knuckles, and Tony smirked. He turned to Rhodey, raising the hand to his mouth too. "Okay, you, too."

"I don't blow on a man's dice." Rhodey declined the request with a shake of his head.

"Come on, honey bear." Tony persisted, but Rhodey wasn't having any of it. He knocked Tony's hand away, the dice fell out of his closed fist and rolled across the table. "There it is. Lieutenant Colonel Rhodes rolls! And..."

"Two craps. Line away." The dealer stated once the dice had finished their roll.

Rhodey simply shrugged his shoulders, not caring in the slightest that the roll wasn't good. "That's what happens."

"Worse things have happened." Tony said, simultaneously shrugging his shoulders.

"Like your birth." Lucy muttered under her breath as she stepped closer to her brother.

"Ah look, my least favourite sister!" Tony wrapped an arm around her shoulders, grinning wide.

"Don't be rude, dipshit." Lucy retorted, rolling her eyes, allowing his arm to stay around her.

"I think we're gonna be fine. Colour me up, will you?" Tony asked the dealer. Not long after they were leaving the casino.

"This is where I exit." Rhodey said. He took Tony's hand and shook it.

"All right." Tony nodded to him.

"Tomorrow, don't be late." Rhodey instructed.

"Or I'll deliver on my promise to kill you." Lucy added to the Lieutenant's instructions.

Tony gasped dramatically. "Oh, you wouldn't."

"Try me." She smirked with a slight chuckle.

Tony shook his head and let out a light chuckle, before turning back to Rhodey. "Yeah, you can count on it." He then waved him off.

"I'm serious!" Rhodey exclaimed as he walked off.

"I know, I know." Tony nodded, before handing the award he'd won to another random person near him. "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's. There you go."

"Tony, I don't think-" Richie started, but was cut off by his brother's shushing as he was ushered out of the building.
