After the paintball battle was over Chase walked over to his cabin and started to clean up the spots of his armor that got shot with paint. The pups walked into the cabin and Sweetie was yelling and walked up to Chase and yelled "You just had to put your feelings first as usual and we lost a game because of those feelings". Sweetie then looked Chase in the eyes only to see him fighting off tears and Sweetie then saw what was next.
"I had to live with these memories of their deaths and it haunts me every second! Do you know what it's like to have a father who didn't care about you and just shove you in an experiment project! To see a close friend die" Chase cried.
"Ridden was my brother" Skye whispered.
"What?" Zuma asked.
"Chase, yelled Ridden, which was my older brother but I never found him, he was experimented on too, wasn't he?" Skye said.
"...He was and died during Chase's escape with the others but they all were turned to ash" Sweetie said.
"Then how did you two live?" Zuma asked.
"I activated defenses and that killed the cats that were rivals with us" Chase said.
Chase got his armor put away and the pups left him alone till rain was pounding, and the pups then were stuck in the cabin.
