Aurora and Kyrie both sat in they homeroom class listening to the counselor say the names for the 2023-2024 homecoming court she was now down to the seniors last maid

"Ok now Mr & Mrs CHS for the 2023-2024 homecoming court is Tavon Evans and Chelsea McWright"he said making me clap and smile i live to see my friends win

"Last but not least Central highschool 2023-2024 King and Queen is ............. Kyrie Black and Aurora Baker congratulations students have a blessed day"she sisd and my world felt like it was moving in slow motion

"I won .... We won omg We wonn ky"i said jumping up in excitement making everyone look at me

"Sorry"i said sitting back down

"Omg we won in gon cry"i said feeling myself get hot

"Mama dont cry congratulations you deserve it"he said as he pulled me into a hug then kissing my forehead

"Thank you congrats to you too omg i already got a vision for my dress i need to start shopping "i said opening my ipad

"Mama you got a full 2 weeks to do that"he chuckled as the first period bell rung

"Ik i just wanna start early ion want nothing to go wrong"i said as he grabbed my hand and we walked to first period

I saw chels and tj walking towards us making me smile

"Congratulations"i said giving them a hug

"Thank you congratulations to you too"chels said as she smiled back

"Ong we gotta go hard imma showing up to this bih wit a cape and some moe shi"tj said as me and chels side eyed eachother

"Yall some haters ong yall is"he said as we laughed

"We gon catch yall at lunch"ky said as we both said see ya later and walked into our first period class

"Why anit doing nun td so just do any missing work if you dont have any just do sum productive"our teacher said this man never got us working but ian complaining

I felt ky lay his head on my shoulder making me look at him he looked irritated

"Whats wrong"i said as he held his head

"Nun im good"he said as i frowned

"No you not ky just tell me"i said as he sighed

"I got a bad ass migraine"he said as i went into my purse and took out some pain reliefs

"Here take two"i said as he took them out my head grabbing his water bottle before he swallowed the pills

"Gts it should kick in ill wake you up"i said as he laid his head on my shoulder

Building a rls with ky is definitely not easy he had mood swings like crazy and he not very talkative i feel like i have to force him to open up when something is bothering him i was trying to get him out of the habit but i realized he just need time to warm up to me a lil and ill be here waiting

"You feel better"aurora asked as her  and ky walked to his car to go to chipotle he wanted to get off campus for a lil so they did just tht they was bringing chels and tj something back since they wasn't going to eat with them

"Its going away a little it anit tht bad"he said as she nodded he seemed a little down td

Ky opened the drivers door for me as she got in and he got in the passenger seat she volunteered to be the driver td

"Are you okay"aurora asked as he shook his head at her

Making her sigh

"Kyrie you not talking to me how i supposed to be trying to get in a rls with you but you not telling me things or communicating i cant build anything like tht"she said as he looked at her

"Im okay aurora i just dont feel tht good ion talk or give tht much energy when im sick"he said

"Im not good wit tht communicating shi but im trying for you just be patient wit me plz"he said as she pouted

"Okay im sorry"she said feeling bad a little

"You anit got nothing be sorry bout mama come here"he said as he leaned over

He grabbed her face and pecked her lips multiple times

"Nie come on we got like 20 more minutes"he said as she nodded

She started his car jumping a lil as it turned on when he first got his car the first thing he did was add some parts to make it louder and now he got one of the loudest hellcats and trust the loud do match the speed

She started her way to chipotle as ky sat leaning back in the passenger with his eyes close

Aurora had to admit she needed to learn alot about ky but she was willing to wait for him to open up fully

Ky hand rested on her thigh he always felt the need to touch her but she didn't complain not one bit she loved it

It was now after school the team was preparing to leave for they game and aurora was parked behind the bus waiting for them to go so she could follow

Sadly kyrie mom couldn't make it to the game since she had overtime at work but she made sure to wish her son luck

Aurora looked up to see ky walking to the driver's side of the car she let the window down smiling at him

"Hea put this in the back"he said handing her the off-white shoes he wore to school td he was now dressed in his football pants and a white tee

"Imma see you after the game ok dont be speeding in my shi"he said kissing her as she gladly kissed back

"I wont and please stay focus dont let nobody get in yo head"she said as he nodded and then ran off to get on the bus once he was on they started to move and she put the car in drive and started to follow them

Aurora loved driving Kyrie car she just felt so powerful in it she knew it was childish but she didn't care just knowing she was in the space of something that belong to kyrie just makes her day

She would have never thought she would be this head over heels about a boy like this
