Sanyukta felt soft sand under her feet as they came to the beach. The beach was almost empty as it's early morning when only a few people were there who came to do exercise.

“Shit ek bhi shop khula nahi hai abhi tak!” Randhir was clearly disappointed.

“Kya hua?” Sanyukta asked when feeling the softness under her feet.

“Wo ek bhi shop khula nahi hai abhi tak, aab ko bhuk lagi hogi na!” Randhir said feeling concerned.

“Aare nahi, mera toh bhukh, pyas sab mit gaya hai samundar ki awaz sun kar.” Sanyukta said excitedly, feeling cold water under her feet.

“It's all my fault, meri wajah se aap bhukhi rahengi.” Randhir said feeling guilty.

“Bilkul nahi, aap ki wajah se aaj samundar ka tazi hawa khane ko milega.” Sanyukta said happily when happiness was clearly visible on her face. She was about to take steps forward when Randhir held her hand.

“Udhar mat jaiye, uss taraf samundar hai.” Randhir warned her.

“Aare samundar hai tabhi toh jaa rahi hu, lahero ki shor sunne!” Sanyukta said dreamily.

“Jo bhi sunna hai yahi se suniye, jyada pass jane ki jarurat nahi hai.” Randhir held her hand more tightly when Sanyukt's face fell down.

“Please.” Sanyukta pouted when Randhir smiled at her cute antics.

“Don't make that face, I won't melt.” Randhir said, controlling his smile.

“You couldn't, cause you don't have heart Krishna ji!” Sanyukta frowned.

“Heartless boliye ye phir kuch aur I won't melt cause it's for your safety.” Randhir said firmly.

“You are not my bodyguard.” Sanyukta frowned dangerously.

“Maybe not, but you are my responsibility for sure.” Randhir said with authority when Sanyukta felt helpless.

“Aap toh Bharti ji se bhi bade Hitler ho!” Sanyukta frowned again when Randhir was trying to control his laugh.

“That means I'll be a great leader in future!” Randhir said teasingly when Sanyukta twisted her lips.

“Huh, bade aaye great leader banne! Ek ladki ki wish puri nahi kar sakte public ki demand kaise puri karenge!” Sanyukta blabbered, thus Randhir smiled.

“Waise iss waqt public demand bhukh hai, chaliye kuch kha lete hai.” Randhir said noticed a tea stall nearby.

“Nahi, mera pet bhar gaya hai. Aap jaiye!” Sanyukta said grumpily when Randhir smiled.

“Okay, agar aap breakfast kar lengi toh phir main aap ko samundar ke paas le jaunga.” Randhir agreed.

“Sach!” Sanyukta's face brightened up. “Nahi aap jhoot bol rahe hai, baad mein nahi lekar jayenge. I know this kind of trick.” Her face fell again.

“No, it's not a trick. Main aap ko le jaunga, pakka promise. Aab kuch kha le, mujhe sach mein bahut bhukh lagi hai.” Randhir said thus Sanyukta smiled brightly.

They went to the tea stall when Randhir helped Sanyukta to sit down on the wooden bench and he also sat down beside her.

“Aare aao aao beta, pehle kabhi dekha nahi tum dono ko!” The tea stall owner said surprisingly.

“Roj kitne log aate hai, aap ko sabka chehre yaad rahta hai?” Randhir asked curiously.

“Nahi beta, sabke kaha! Jo log roj aate hai bas wohi log yaad rahte hai. Lekin tum dono toh aaj pehli baar aaye ho.” The old man said confidently.
