The Night's Young

"That's where you're wrong, Dear Chris" James said with a strange look in his eyes as he pulled out Milo's phone from his pocket. "No way~" Allan said

"JAMES, YOU REBEL!!" Roman shouted in pride. "Always knew you had it in you, little buddy!" Manolo said as he ruffled James' hair lovingly for once.

"How do you have it..." Audrey asked."Uhh...." James tried to say but Jungwon butted in, "He was checking it out at the Park cuz he's a phone fanatic and was mesmerized by how cool it was"

"Yeah, James is such a tech fanatic" Edmond confirmed and James took a deep breath out and thanked Jungwon with his eyes.

James soon realized Joshua, Jungwon and Beomgyu were looking at him with keen interest. And only through exchange of looks and movement of eyes, they knew they had to talk

"Does it have a password?" Ashley asked. "It's a new phone. The idiot forgot to put one" James said. "Or he purposely didn't...." Beomgyu thought in a low voice but Joshua heard it

"Even if it had one, I could crack it" Marina said as she got the phone. "Oh no... We don't have a cable.."

"Fear not!! I never go anywhere without my trusted charger!" Chris said with pride as he flexed the charger he pulled out from his pants

Marina snatched the cable from his hands and started working her computer magic but the printing transfer was so slow

"We're not gonna make it in time" Jasmine stated in slight panic. "Move over, Mari. Let me handle this" Beomgyu said and Marina got up for him to take her place

His fingers moved on the keyboard like lightening, darting from key to key, till the process started speeding up

He was hard at work concentrating, when another team, which wasn't the one they encountered before, got in looking for a computer to use

"Audrey! Meilin! Search the cabinets thoroughly for anything we can use to stick the photos on to the collage board" Olive ordered. "Got it!" They said as they searched every cabinet in sight.

The pictures were done when Audrey found glue and Meilin found some sticky notes.

With all these, The artistic hands of Xiao Minghao and the creative writing of captions by Ashley Pettington, The collage board was finally set

As others teams were just arriving Alpha Matrix, We were already out heading for The Great Willow Tree

'Finally, A team is approaching' A Senior said as he rose from the wooden dock at the banks of the water

We finally crossed over to the Island on which The Great Willow Tree stood and handed our Collage over to the Senior there

"Hello Freshman! I'm Triumph Tordjman Senior in Athletic Sports Major Department of Soccer. It's nice to see you all fired up like that" He said in a very cheerful tone.

He was a bright looking guy with a happy smile on his face as he went over the collage. "This is magnificent! One of the best I've ever seen! All the elements and everything are here! Excellent Representation, Team!" He complimented which made them so happy. "It's safe to say the Scavenger hunt has come to a beautiful and unforgettable end"

We erupted with screams of joy and happiness. "We won! We really won!" Olive shouted, jumping up and down while squealing

Senior Triumph asked, "What's the name of your team again?" We all looked at each other and nodded. "We're...." Eunice started. "THE VALEDICTORIANS!!" We all said at once

Senior Triumph smiled and spoke into a walkie talkie and soon the school bell went off very loudly with a siren then, "AND THAT CONCLUDES THE 2022 ANNUAL O-WEEK SCAVENGER HUNT!!! WINNERS BEING 'THE VALEDICTORIANS!!!' WITH A RECORD TIME OF 2 HOURS AND 13 MINUTES!! CONGRATULATIONS TEAM!
TO ALL STUDENTS, GREAT EFFORT OUT THERE!
YOU ARE ALL REQUIRED TO GATHER AT THE DINING HALL FOR LUNCH. THANK YOU"
