The impact of his fist landed on the evidence board, causing it to shake. He then ripped out useless information as he groaned.
Not a single lead as of now, his fingers are sore and his knuckles are bleeding. He's used to it by now.
"Agent Hare! Minho hyung! Please open the door!" The squirrel-like boy's voice echoed across the walls of Minho's office
His voice snaps Minho out of his trance as he walks towards the door and unlocks it, "Hey, why the sudden call?" He asks the squirrel-like boy.
"Oh we got a missi- OH MY GOSH! Minho hyung really? Again?" The squirrel-like boy asked with worry.
Minho saw the worried expression Agent Chip, or Jisung, one of his comrades in his spy squad, 'StrayKids' had in his eyes. He let out a soft chuckle "Y'know, the usual detective stuff, the murder cases of the infamous 'Agent Scarlett' from RAVEN is really testing my patience, this is one skilled killer I might say. Always leaves 3 slits on the neck of their victims, still trying to find out their identity and find out where RAVEN's base is and maybe capture one of their agents..." He rambled on while fiddling with his pen, branded 'RAVEN STATIONERIES'.
Jisung sighed, "Look, why don't we go and meet with the others, we have a meeting remember?" he said with a soft smile while patting Minho's shoulder.
Minho nodded and followed Jisung out of his investigation room to their squad's personal meeting room, the door having a golden label which read the bold text '0325' and at the bottom of it was smaller bolder text which read 'STRAYKIDS', he entered the room, there he saw all of his members seated at the round table. He walked into the room and sat on his chair beside Jisung.
A man walked into the room, everyone immediately stood up and bowed "Good morning Agent Hound" They greeted him. The man chuckled "Please, just call me Jackson" He said.
This man was no other than Jackson Wang, one of the top agents of the 3rd generation of ECHO. "As you all know, tomorrow we are welcoming the newcomer agents due to the code red situation we have with RAVEN, notorious crime syndicate known well for their terrorism for the past 50 years. We need as many reinforcements as we can get..." He said as his tone of voice darkened,
"And frankly, our current lead agents and squads said they needed more reinforcements, due to how much RAVEN has reinforced, improved and a lot more," He said as he sighed,
"and since you boys are one of the best spy squads ECHO has to offer from the 4th generation, we thought we would give you boys the responsibility of showing them around as well as being one of the lead spy squads in code red. I will entrust you boys with the 4 departments." He said with a smile.
The boys gasped and some of their jaws dropped, not cause they had to show a bunch of newbies around, it was cause they got to be one of the lead agents in code red due to how big of a responsibility it is, knowing that the future of all the major banks would be in their hands if they were to accept this task.
Jackson chuckled at the sight of the shocked boys.
"Agent Wolf and Agent Boar, I'm entrusting you with the attack and combat department." Bangchan and Changbin immediately nodded their heads.
"Agent Chip and Agent Ferret, I'm entrusting you with the trickery and persuasion department." Jisung nodded and Hyunjin slightly scrunched his face at the mention of his last name, but he nodded nonetheless.
"Agent Fox and Agent Canine, I'm entrusting you two with the tech department." Jeongin and Seungmin nodded with a slight smile.
"And lastly, to Agent Rooster and Agent Hare, I'm entrusting you two with the field agent department." Felix nodded energetically with a huge smile, Minho didn't really have time to process everything but he just nodded with his mouth agape.
He could finally have a major role in taking down the woman who took everything away from him.
"So, spy squad no.0325, or should I say StrayKids? One of the best spy squads ECHO has to offer from the 4th generation. Once this mission is handed to you, the future of ECHO will lie in all of your hands. What do you all say?" Jackson asked with a smug grin.
The boys exchanged wide toothy smiles before replying in unison,
"With pleasure Jackson!"

He walked back to his room in the StrayKids dorm, thank goodness ECHO gave everyone dorms even before code red, they all have to be hidden due to the dangers that would occur if they were found by RAVEN, when they are already the only thing preventing them from controlling all of the major banks as of now.
Minho sighed as he plopped down onto his chair, he began flipping through documents on his messy table, all the documents being about one specific topic,
"The attack of RAVEN, Gimpo, 2014, 27th of November..." He muttered as he read the documents, reading in light speed as his fingers riffled through the hundreds of documents for hours and hours on end, it was one of his skills anyways, a skill he had picked up from his highschool years.
One of the skills he had practiced for hours on end just to get this job.
After about 6 hours it was already the middle of the night, he finished reading about 2500 documents, all the other members were already fast asleep, well maybe not Bangchan but he's usually in his own little world in his room. He plopped the document back down on his table then leant back on his chair, staring at the gigantic evidence board in front of him.
"Dammit she was so young..." He said with a small voice as tears pricked at the corner of his eyes, staring at a picture of a little girl whose looks resembled him, her smile illuminating the picture as her eyes became crescent moons.
Her voice that he had memorized ever since he was 7 to remind him of peace, became the cries he had memorized at 16 to remind him of why he had involved himself in this war in the first place.
He got up roughly from his chair and ripped out a picture of a woman, her face could not be seen but she had long wavy black hair and wore a black work dress.
His breath became quick and hasty the more he stared at the picture, his grip on the picture tightened, causing it to slightly crumple.
He let out a psychotic chuckle as tears streamed down his face. "I'll find where you are, 'Miss Raven'" He chuckled, he wanted to do the same thing she did to him "and I'll take away everything from you..."
