Chapter two| Why not me...

                         This chapter takes place a week later, the day of the halloween dance.

Pov: Reader

It had been one torturous week had passed since I had kissed Sol in the library, and i was LOSING it. The whole week went by and we barely spoke to eachother, besides when we had to do our work in art. He barely even looked at me! God! Was i THAT bad of a kisser? All the other times ive kissed people they seemed to enjoy it...so why didnt he? Did he not actuallu like me! I screamed into a nearby pillow on the bed, flailing my feet in the air. It wasnt fair! It wasnt fair how after all of the work i put in for him to like me, after one tiny kiss (that was definately more than tiny), made him stop talking to me! At this point i felt like whenever i tried to talk to him i just looked like one of his fangirls at school.

Maybe it was time that i got over this tiny crush...it was a stupid crush anyways. I had better luck just sticking with Crowe. I sigh softly and get up from my bed.

I needed something to distract me from what was going on... Ding! My phone buzzed softly. I checked it to see it was the group chat with my friends...er...Crowes friends.

Deryl: Hey guys! Are you guys otw to the party? SO many people are here, its awesome! Though- im 99% sure someone spiked all of the drinks

Brittney: Yeah me and Jess are on the way. Spiked drinks? Dont mind if i do~

Geo: You guys were serious about going to that party? Hah! Thats so pathetic.

Crowe:You should lighten up Geo, maybe itll be fun... Y/n? Are you coming too?

Deryl: Awee...look whos worried about their girlfriend~

Brittney: yeah, get a room. Flirt somewhere else

Crowe: You guys are so unserious

Deryl: Yeah, but its funny to see your reaction

Crowe: So, are you coming or not?

I thought about it for a moment, maybe this party could provide a distraction. I didnt have a reason not to go after all...

Y/n: Yeah, ill be there soon :)

Deryl: Great! I cant wait to see all of you!

I placed my phone on my night stand, heading over to my closet to see what i had to wear...

After a while of searching, i found a white dress shirt and black pants. I went to the bathroom and smeared some liquid lip stick on my bottom lip to look like blood was coming out.

I ran through my jewlry drawer and found the small silver fang shaped barbell for my smiley piercing. Now the vampire look was really coming together-

Before leaving the house i pulled back my hair with a claw clip and unbuttoned the top two buttons on my shirt. I thought that if i were doing a vampire look, i could atleast look sexy while doing it. Now i was ready.

Once i arrived the halls were crowded, Deryl really wasnt lying when he said there was a lot of people here. I walked down the halls until i bumped into Crowe.
